Easy search engine found the seats quickly that I wanted at a good price I did not however like the hidden fees like an 8$ service fee per ticket.

The process is really quick but little bit pricey. Step by step process and you just pick the seat you want and then go through payment section. Ready for the Cavs preseason game.

So the fee for every ticket was $56USD... what is wrong with you? Only because I was in a hurry I bought the tickets here instead of going to another page.
The whole process is beyond sketchy, ive paid for my tickets and have not received them. I called the customer help center and the representative told me that ticket deliver was delayed that I should have what I ordered withing the next 12 hours. Well its been 18 hours and my tickets were electronic transfer which I dont understand how that gets delayed in the first place but whatever. I then called again and was told that I now have to create an account on some other website and enter a credit card and wait for an update (unspecified time) and then they will send me the tickets. Well I've created the account and still no tickets. This vendor is a scam. They take your money and promise you tickets and then just give you the run around until after your event and then they will not reimburse you. Save your money go to a real ticket vendor site.
I recently purchased my tickets for an event over the past weekend through Ticket Expert. I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND this site to anyone and will never use them again. Tickets were over priced, didn't scan at the door when we tried to enter the event, and tax was awful. NEVER USE TICKET EXPERT FOR ANYTHING. This site is a joke.
I'm now annoyed with these question I just want my dam tickets I order online so I didn't have to go through a hassle on the phone but it's just as bad with these surveys
I don't know about this review writing business inferring that if you don't complete you won't get the tickets...$70 service charges for three electronic tickets to a Lions' game is a lot... also in the terms "Seller's Note: Tickets will be ready for delivery by Dec 14,2017"... that's more than two months away and it seems like a long time to wait... and then there is only a couple of days before the event to fix any unforeseen issues... hmmm... fool me once shame on you
Needs additional explanation con the sections abreviations so we can know exactly the section we are purchasing. The fees need to be specified before the last steps of the purchase just as it's specified with the e printing. The fees all together are almost half of the price of the ticket! This is ridiculous.
