Uh. Where are my e-tickets? Fees for what? Not a very efficient service. E-communication needs some work.
Stubhub tried to put credit on our credit card instead of a charge and locked the account. Played phone tag awhile before giving up. Seat geek said the tickets were no longer available even though they were. Little more expensive here but worth it.

However, I don't like having to write a review of at least 100 characters prior to being able to move forward with the process of receiving my online tickets. One or two words should be sufficient, no one should have to write a 10 paragraph review just to appeal to vendor: such a waste of time!
