My husband was trying to surprise me for my birthday with tickets for a football game. He thought this was the official stadium box office. They charged double the face value of the tickets and then charmed us 150.00 in service charges! A 300 % profit!
It has nice ticket prices but when you go to purchase the tickets, there is a big chunk of fees to pay as well... And you have to get an account at a different site in order to receive the tickets rather than them just being emailed to you right away.
I have purchased tickets through other sources and they were not as easy as this site. Only thing they do not mention is the handling/processing fees. I'm the one printing them on my computer using my paper and ink. This should be done away with.

I filed a dispute with Discover and they found for this merchant. Refused to refund. This was a fraudulent sale. I would give no stars if I could. Have contacted CT attorney general as that is the state in which they are licensed. Also filed complaint with BBB. DO NOT purchase tickets from this seller. Broadway.com clearly lists Dates when Ms. Midler is not performing.
Wouldn't recommend ever bothering with this service. When I first saw the nearly 50% fee rate I backed out of my purchase - which resulted in a series of daily emails "reminding" me to complete the order. Ultimately I did because they included a 15% discount code, but I still ended up spending nearly $100 in fees on $230 worth of tickets.

I have never had a worse experience purchasing tickets. I bought them only to receive an email telling me they needed to speak with me regarding seating. Apparently they sold out of the tickets I had already purchased online and now only had poor seating options left at a higher price. It was ridiculous and unprofessional. We'll see if they actually refund my money as I don't see them as very honest or reliable. The reason they provided for the mishap was that their seating options weren't "real time." Excuse me?! If you can't sell your tickets with real time availability then don't sell them at all idiots. Stay away unless you want a giant hassle.
When a concert is cancelled by a performer you should get all your money back, right? Tickets expert decided their time is worth not giving a full refund and keeping a portion for themselves. NOT COOL! Really think end consumers are getting screwed by legalized scalpers in the first place then get screwed with fees and examples like this of not giving full refunds. Trouble is... as long as people keep paying them, they are going to keep thinking their ways are okay. I will not be buying my tickets this way further. I'll get them directly or not be attending.
The Service charge is way to high. I Will not be buying tickets again anytime soon till service charges are lowered. People buy these tickets knowing they wont be attending just to upcharge and make money. While families have to suffer. Face value $35 and I pay $54 plus a $20 fee each. Thats a joke

Although it was very convenient to buy online, it was a surprise to get a $50 service and electronic fee. Really!? Almost $20 per ticket service fee. Im glad I only needed 2. I will be buying my tickets in person from now on.

Never received my tickets. Called, on the phone for an hour and have now reported ticket. Experts to fraud department at my bank and also reported to the BBB. You can be assured I will blast this all over the internet and social media too so no one else gets ripped off by this business! I would not have even given one star, that was not optional
Ordered tickets never received email confirming what to do next. I. e. Download tickets. Had to call four times to this place one you need adobe reader. No kidding second call need to be on your computer... Not! Her name was JoJo extremely rude I asked please listen I am the customer calling twice now because I didnt receive email. Every time I talked she would talk over me and then give a smart comment back. Please just listen I am not getting the email I would like to speak to a Supervisor. Click hangs up on me! Third try she really tried to help never got the email spoke to her manager still didn't work got disconnected from her. Fourth call went to my laptop to see if I got the email. No! Then finally I said can I give you a neighbors email. Yes we can try that! Four try's and then me telling them what to do! Unbelievable! Never again!
