The price for the service fee seems way too high, at $70 per ticket. I don't understand how an online ticket seller needs that much per ticket, it's almost 50% of the ticket sale..

Fees for e-tickets in addition to service fees? Almost $20 per ticket just in FEES! It is daylight robbery!

A good exchange. Fair price for tickets that included a book that wasn't even mentioned. It was initially confusing because I wasn't given pickup info, but the seller met me and it was a good transaction.

Site was very easy to use! Low ticket prices but extremely high fees! Be aware when you purchase! I was called the same afternoon I bought my tickets and was told they were unavailable when I bought them. The company then replaced those tickets with two new ones! I am now eager to receive my tickets and enjoy the concert next month! Fingers crossed!

I gave a 4/5 because it was just too many emails in this transaction to understand. Just send the tickets attached and tell me to enjoy!

Very simple and secure... I didn't like the expensive service fee of $31.00 per ticket. Don't think I will use the service again. I would have saved $62.00 dollars at the box office if I wasn't so lazy.

The website is well laid out and easy to use and the service fee (at least in my case) seemed reasonable, but it was also hidden away on the last page. Transparency in these things always makes for a better customer experience! I would also prefer not to review until I actually have the tickets in hand... (which does not appear to be an option).

Not worthy of selling tickets to major events - really wish I had read reviews first. Looking forward to event and picked high priced seats... I just didn't realized how high the price was. It's sad actually that there is not feeling of guilt.
