I would've given a 5 Bur the service fees are expensive. Other than that it was a good experience. Just lower the ticket price and everything is good

Gives the appearance of bait-and-switch. $52 is the stated total, with the $15 "delivery fee" (enough to pay for 30+ postage stamps) shown separately. At checkout, however, an additional, previously undisclosed "service fee" is added, and the total of $84.68 is finally disclosed, an increase of 62% over the "bait" price. Scheduled to ship Dec 16 for a Dec 20 game, looks very risky. Seller will probably charge my card right away and draw interest on my money until this third party seller actually orders the tickets from the source, and the tickets actually ship.
I purchased my tickets, assuming i could print them out from my email. Instead, I had to download another app and save the tickets digitally. For the service fee I paid, I'm shocked I dont get an option to print the tickets out.

It has nice ticket prices but when you go to purchase the tickets, there is a big chunk of fees to pay as well... And you have to get an account at a different site in order to receive the tickets rather than them just being emailed to you right away.
I was able to pick the seats I wanted and buy them online without any problem. The whole experience was smooth and seamless.
Although the site was easy to navigate I ended up paying almost 4 times face value of the tickets. Event is 6 months out. Clicked before I realized how much I was paying.

I had never used Tickets. Expert before but was pleased with the overall performance. I liked the diagram of the Bridgestone arena which helped me make my ticket decision.
I bought 2 tickets and paid $110 in fees for the pleasure of using Tickets. Expert. Total robbery. Then I received e-mails about discounts for the tickets I just bought that they couldn't honor because I had already made the purchase. Save yourself some money and don't uses this site!
