The company has garnered mixed feedback, with notable strengths in the ease of the purchasing process and user-friendly website navigation. Customers appreciate the ability to select specific seats and the quick transaction experience. However, significant concerns arise regarding high and often hidden service fees, leading to feelings of frustration and dissatisfaction. Many customers report issues with receiving tickets on time, lack of responsive customer service, and inadequate communication regarding order status. Overall, while the purchasing experience is generally straightforward, transparency and customer support need substantial improvement to enhance overall satisfaction and trust.

It was ok, but too much trouble to print my ticket. And a service fee of 20 dollars making my total be over 80$.
I would've given a 5 Bur the service fees are expensive. Other than that it was a good experience. Just lower the ticket price and everything is good
This was an extremely easy way to order tickets. I would like to wait and do the review after the concert to make sure it goes off without a hitch but the site won't let you wait.
I enjoyed buying tickets from this website. But Im not enjoying writing this review that must be a t least 100 characters. I want to just answer 3 easy questions in a review with like a 1-5 star rating. If I wanted to actually write a review I would use yelp.
Gives the appearance of bait-and-switch. $52 is the stated total, with the $15 "delivery fee" (enough to pay for 30+ postage stamps) shown separately. At checkout, however, an additional, previously undisclosed "service fee" is added, and the total of $84.68 is finally disclosed, an increase of 62% over the "bait" price. Scheduled to ship Dec 16 for a Dec 20 game, looks very risky. Seller will probably charge my card right away and draw interest on my money until this third party seller actually orders the tickets from the source, and the tickets actually ship.
I purchased my tickets, assuming i could print them out from my email. Instead, I had to download another app and save the tickets digitally. For the service fee I paid, I'm shocked I dont get an option to print the tickets out.
I dont see why I have to type 199 characters to just get the tickets that I already paid for, this needs to be changed lol, what were you thinking? This is so extra dude.
It has nice ticket prices but when you go to purchase the tickets, there is a big chunk of fees to pay as well... And you have to get an account at a different site in order to receive the tickets rather than them just being emailed to you right away.
I was able to pick the seats I wanted and buy them online without any problem. The whole experience was smooth and seamless.
Although the site was easy to navigate I ended up paying almost 4 times face value of the tickets. Event is 6 months out. Clicked before I realized how much I was paying.
I hope I have everything set up correctly to use my tickets. For us older folks there needs to be a simple summary of the steps needed to setup an account
Quick and easy way to get tickets. Love the website and this has to be 100 characters so type type type
I had never used Tickets. Expert before but was pleased with the overall performance. I liked the diagram of the Bridgestone arena which helped me make my ticket decision.
I bought 2 tickets and paid $110 in fees for the pleasure of using Tickets. Expert. Total robbery. Then I received e-mails about discounts for the tickets I just bought that they couldn't honor because I had already made the purchase. Save yourself some money and don't uses this site!
I'm Canadian, buying tickets for a Canadian concert and have to pay USD. My bad.
Over $110 in fees to do my own on line work for ticket purchasing?
Another $20 USD to PRINT MY OWN TICKETS AT MY OWN HOME?
You've got me over a barrel and you know it. Legalized theft!
So happy I got them! The process was pretty simple and convenient...,,,,,,,
Be it they were a gift, we now have to figure out how they're gonna get in since my receipt on MY mobile device is not gonna be there with them?!
