Why is there a download fee? This should be FREE! I would understand a fee if you are mailing the tickets or hand delivering them to my door or overnighting them, but a FEE -for DOWNLOAD? Ridiculous! This is a rip off. I probably won't use this service again just due to the high fee, and sending me 5 emails afterward to confirm I got my tickets with junk mail too even though I opted out.

Not good service. I could download tickets but I could not print them. If you don't want us to print them out right away you need to tell us that you will send the tickets later.

Printing tickets via email is standard practice, charging a convenience fee is prehistoric. Charging a maintenance fee of 24 bucks is just plain highway robbery. Oh you want to purchase this 68 dollar ticket? I guess you can, but only if you give us almost half the ticket price over that.
Calculate out how many seats there are and it becomes mind boggling. Quite the racket, I'm in the wrong industry, and I work at a bank so that's saying something.

The site was easy to navigate but the service fees are very high! Also it seems like a very long time to wait for printing e-tickets (over a month).
