The extra fees that come along with the actual purchase of the ticket could be stated before checking out. So you don't get a shock in the end. It could also be stated in which currency that I am being charged. And also the fee to print the tickets myself is vert steep!

Great site for buying tickets. We are very excited to go to New Orleans for the concert. So far, the site was fairly easy to navigate and to buy the tickets. Ticket. Experts arranged for the purchase of 2 tickets to the Penguins-Golden Knights game in Las Vegas on December 14,2017, through a third party broker named DallasTicketsUSA. I was to receive an e-mail on December 6,2017, that the tickets had shipped via mail.
I reached out to the Broker, DallasTicketsUSA on December 6,2017, and they indicated that they were looking into my order. I further reached out to them to find out the specific status ie. Do they have the ticket, how they will ship, and anticipated receipt date. DallasTickets response was "You'll have your tickets before you leave for Las Vegas.
Called TicketExperts and they wouldn't take any responsibility for the transaction even though they are the ones that received the proceeds. They told me to call DallasTickets. At this point, I will be calling my credit card company, and filing a wire fraud complaint with the Feds.
Do not use TicketExperts, they do not stand behind their guarantees.

It was great. I found tickets for a reasonable price. The websit was easy to use. They had lower costs than other online ticket sellers. I will buy again from ticket expert.
I've used several different ticket services in the past. This one didn't differ much except for the ridiculous service fee per ticket and the $25 fee to pick up the tickets! Unfortunately, this was the only site that the tickets were available for the seats we wanted.
