Bought 3 tickets to see Foreigner. Paid an outrageous $361.71. I would have paid $210 with taxes and fees through Ticketmaster. Tried to get out of it less than an hour after purchase when I realized my mistake and was told too bad. Never again will I work with this company and neither should you. You're better off with Stub Hub or Ticketmaster.

I paid for last minute, price dropped, devils tickets ( yes, i know they are losing). Each $61 ticket had a surcharge of $21 EACH TICKET! (30% more?!) The the nerve of them to charge $8 to electronically send me the tickets? NEVER, NEVER AGAIN with this site.

UNTIL I WENT TO CHECK OUT AND A SURCHARGE OF $50 PER TICKET WAS ADDED TO THE FINAL TOTAL THAT IS CRAZY BOUGHT THE TICKETS ANYWAY BUT WILL PROBABLY NOT DO IT AGAIN
Other recent reviews indicate that almost all of your customers were upset about your high & hidden fees, in my case $37.75 per ticket, which, as I said, is absurd. If you want repeat customers then be more transparent on the real cost. Dealing with your company is worse than buying a new car, but at least we all know that new cars advertise the base model.
Easy to buy tickets and loved seeing the view i was going to have when i clicked on a ticket. However the hidden fees were high and i did not like waiting till the very end to see them.
Process was ok, but the hidden fees were ridiculous! Will never order again from them, as they told us, we have no recourse with the additional cost. No refund, no empathy. This purchase ended up a lot more than our budget allows...
This process was super easy and hope to enjoy the concert with no problems... we will see :) The extra charges were extremely high and I think there should be an option to mail or electronic ticket that would vary the chargers.
While it is a convenient way to get tickets, you go through he whole process only to be told tickets are no longer available. That should come out sooner in the process so you don't have to start all over again.
