It's shady business to surprise your customer with your PER TICKET service fee at the end of the transaction. Plus the ridiculous $8 "Download" fee? What, to cover the cost of the expensive email?

I totally get that you need to make money off your service... but be up front about it, so I can figure the cost RIGHT OFF THE TOP.

From the time I started searching for seats to the time I printed out the tickets, it was about 5 minutes! Super quick and easy :)

It was very easy to buy the tickets I wanted, but I was shocked with the added service fees and on top of that, another charge for the privilege of printing the tickets myself. Geez.

I was somewhat aghast at the service fees which ticket purchases attract in North America compared with UK
