It was very easy to navigate and did not take too much of my time. When you have a busy life with work, kids, and more work everything else needs to be easier. I thank you for that. My 13 year old son really loves Jeff Dunham and this will be a huge surprise for him.

I dont understand the very expensive service charge but it is what it is. I couldnt get this show to pull up on Ticketmaster

Overall the site is very good and I was able to purchase the tickets easily. However the fees are very expensive.

The fees are ridiculously high, but honestly that's no differently than anywhere else. For the "convenience" of shopping online we pay $3+. That said, the actual purchase was quick and simple. Ultimately this about my family having a good time, I try not to get bent about $3 when I'm already paying well over $250.

Your process fees are too high, you are taking advantage of customers, the original ticket price was $159 I ended up paying double for each ticket with its a big profit on the ticket itself, then you charge me $109 for processing and $7 for electronic delivery, its absolutely overkill, it I didnt have limited time in New York to be able to see this show I would have never use your services.

I have been waiting for my tickets for almost a month. I continually check my email and nothing ever appears. I do not recommend this site.
