In December we bought tickets to take my 11 year old to see her favorite band Green Day on march 25 2017 we drove almost 3 hours spent a lot of money on the tickets and paid a lot of money for a hotel room... my daughter is an old soul and is an honor roll student who just loves her music we get to the venue waiting for the tickets to be sent they were but they were fake along with 12 other people who bought the same exact tickets from this horrible person now he tried to give me other tickets for terrible seats when we paid good money for decent seats my daughter was heartbroken but took it like an adult this man takes advantage of people he told us to just purchase more tickets and he would refund is later but we don't have money just lying around now he won't answer me and my daughter deserves to see her favorite band something needs to be done

I attended the same Green Day concert as another reviewer and did end up buying new tickets because the electronic tickets i purchased in October 2016 would not work! Who sends electronic tickets at 7pm on the day of the concert while you are at the gate? I was told the same thing about the refund and my credit card has yet to be refunded!
I've had to contact my credit company, my bank and even Ticket network.com (who uses this supplier) to help secure my refund. Ticket Option personnel have been rude, indifferent and now will not have the decency to apologize or respond to my emails.
Randall Kushner, in particular, has been awful!
Never get tickets from this seller... ever!

Worse customer service ever! Tried to make arrangements to get tickets for a Steelers game. Rude, argumentative, uncooperative. Will NEVEFR, EVER get tickets from him again!

On Jan 5, I bought 2 tickets for the college football championship game in Phoenix on Jan 11 as a gift for my brother in Tucson through Ticket Network. To have his name shown on the tickets so he could pick them up at the stadium will-call as we were instructed, the representative referred me to the seller Randy Kushner, Events on Tap at ticketoption.com. After e-mails and phone calls, none of which were answered, I finally reached him the next day. He was rude and uncooperative and told me to send him a copy of my driver's license and credit card along with a signed copy of the credit card authorization form that he would e-mail to me. When I said I really didn't like that he said that was his policy and if I wanted my brother's name on the tickets I had no choice. Not wanting to disappoint my brother, I did as he said and faxed him the information on the 6 th.

On Jan. 7 he sent an e-mail stating that the will-call would not be at the venue but in the lobby of the Renaissance Phoenix Hotel 2 hours before the game where representatives of his company would be there with the tickets. On Jan 10 at 9:32 p.m., he sent an e-mail with the tickets attached to be printed out and scanned at the stadium gate. Problem was that the tickets I had paid for had been switched for two seats on the opponents side of the field. Again I tried to contact him for an explanation for the change that I had not authorized and, again, he would not return my call.

In the end it turned out okay... the seats were slightly better but there were two Alabama fans in a sea of Clemson fans. I (and my 79 year old brother) spent several agonizing days not knowing what was going to happen and even if he would be able to get through the gate.

I think... the tickets were never going to be in Phoenix at all. They were going to be emailed so what was the purpose of having to send my personal information. This morning I canceled my credit card which will cause me considerable inconvenience.

Use this service at your peril.
