These people are crooks
These people are crooks! Don't ever buy anything from them. They charge double the box office price, refuse to refund, even if the event is canceled, and don't even buy the tickets they are selling until after you order from them. Shady, underhanded crooks, plan and simple
Canceled vacation plans due to Corona virus. Every other thing we booked was understanding and gave us a refund. We bought concert tickets for while we were on vacation. The concert date was moved from May to December. The day after Christmas. Tried to get a refund since I live 600 miles away. I was told that since the concert tickets were still valid, there would be no refund. STAY AWAY!
If you want to get ripped off, this site should be your first stop. To start with, the tickets you buy will likely NOT be honored at the venue on the day of the show. Secondly, if the show is cancled (which is what happen to me), no luck getting your money back.
These people are thives, plain and simple. They should be banned from the internet.
Don't allow yourself to be scammed by these crooks. They will charge you nearly double what you would pay to a reputable seller. Then, if the show is postponed, they will not provide a refund. I bought tickets for a particular show on a specific date (when out of town guests plan to visit). Now that the show has been postponed, and I have requested a refund, they have refused. They explained to me that I was mistaken to believe that I had bought tickets for a particular date and that I must not have read the fine print on their website that says once you bought the tickets, you own them.
To others who have had a similar experience with these crooks, please take the time - as I will - to register a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and local government. It's important that we warn others of the business practices of TicketOffices.com
This company does not care about a global crisis occurring and will not refund tickets if the event is postponed or changed. The date was changed from a Friday night to a Wednesday, which my family is unable to attend because it is a week day and this company will not allow a refund and suggested to sell the tickets. This is a horrible business model during a pandemic where people are actually dying. Also they disconnected on a chat when I tried to discuss this and did not provide any way to talk directly to a representative
Purchased tickets from ticketmaster.com. Tickets were more expensive than the venue or other sites. No refunds.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
This company took $650 from my elderly mother that purchased tickets for a broadway show. They never refunded her money and never sent the tickets. Horrible customer service. Stay away!
Crooks. Hidden charges.
Overcharged my credit card. Customer service hung up on me. Many complaints about them. DON'T TRUST THEM. Purchased 4 tickets at $109 each = $436.00 They charged my credit card $569.39. There was NO information anywhere about surcharges. The customer service told me the $133.39 was for ticket delivery. The delivery is by e-mail. ( the only option).
It's honestly baffling how many positive reviews this company has... I made a purchase thinking that tickets for a concert were sold out, turns out that haven't even went on sale yet OR pre-sale. They charged me DOUBLE the ticket price for a concert that doesn't even have tickets yet. They will not refund you no matter the circumstance. Complete scam.
Prices are outrageous for the face value. Go to Ticketmaster and save 70%. I paid in advance for a show and they guarantee seating. That is the only positive experience. I paid extra to be able to cancel and their service is saying that i cannot. Stay away!
I purchased four tickets at inflated prices. The pricing was bad enough, but the ticket transfer was misdirected and their "customer service" insisted that I must have accepted the tickets using some other email account (no) and I must have another Ticketmaster account to which they were directed (nope). They have a no refund policy, even when they screw up an order. I never got the tickets and will be contesting the charge to my credit card.
They represented that tickets were on sale... they did not go on sale for 2 months. Charged me $696.00 for two tickets that when they actually went on sale were only $89 for two tickets. That is totally unacceptable.
STAY AWAY
I went to another cite to buy tickets and thought I should check one other place. So I went onto ticket offices.com and they were the only cite I saw that purposely hid their fees. Then I called because their price seemed lower and asked what the fees were and gave the lady with a direct I could barley understand all the Info. She told me "yes be careful of other places they hide their fees until you put in your credit card info". I laughed because that's exactly what they do! So I had her walk me through their website which I already knew how to do so she can show me where exactly it shows their fees... of course we get to the end where I put in my card info and no fees to be found. I asked her and she said "I can go over those with you on the phone". So the exact thing she want we me about other places they do! Huge red flag. She tried to sel me the tickets for over online price then when I got on their website she quickly offered $25 off to make it same as their website price haha. This place is a scam and I would highly suggest never buying from here even if you do find it cheaper for any reason. Bad business ethics and morally bad people there, not only talking bad about their competition but then doing the exact thing they said their competition does. I won't name better places to go to so everyone knows this is a legit review but just anywhere but here, don't give these scam artist your money.
Ticket Offices was my first experience of being scammed in purchasing tickets for an event. First of all there is no human you can speak to. They claim they'll speak to you through texting but is not real. They do not answer phone calls.
I ordered tickets for a special show and received completely wrong tickets. I got 4 instead of 7 in a section that was I had not chosen or paid for. I had to call my credit card company to hurry up and refund my money. So disappointing. The communication was nonexistent.
WARNING! This company is horrific. I'm mad at myself for ordering on their website.
Answered my question and concerns within minutes. Super easy to work with. Would purchase through again.
What rot. Paid $92 for a ticket that is $43. Ticket reseller rot. Searched for tickets for a show this weekend and this website came up first in the list. Bought the ticket then needed to call the theater to ask a question about seat # and find out this site is a reseller and therefore upcharges AND charges a "service fee"
Ha what service?!
Called them to cancel the order which hadn't even been processed yet and they say they can't do anything about it now.
What a load of crap.
I am Canadian and purchasing tickets to an event in Canada but was not Informed that it would be in USD. After purchasing the tickets, I got a notification from my credit card for $294. But their site emailed me saying it was $219. I complaind to them and the responded within an hour telling me that all purchases are in USD. Should have said that first.
Then I am being told that I will receive my tickets the day of the event. I hope that other people who read this do not fall for this scam like I did. I am trying to report them but it is harder to do than you may think.
Ticket Offices sets up web links that deceive you into thinking you are buying directly from the vendor, rather than on a secondary market. They do not disclose their fees, which are exorbitant. If you catch them in their deception, they will not reverse the transaction. They won't even refund you their fees. You have to get your credit card company to dispute the charge, and contact the attorney general, which is what I did.
Very misleading! The tickets were supposed to be purchased but the seller had to "procure" them first which left me waiting and hoping the ticket would be available. Customer service was not accommodating and constantly put me on hold
I thought I was ordering from ticket master. Not realizing this was a different company. It is the night before the event and I don't have my tickets.
Answer: They charged me 76 dollars more than what my tickets cost. When I called to ask why I spoke to two people, and each person gave me a different explanation, and they absolutely refused to give me a refund. I'm so sorry this happened to you.
Answer: Not to my knowledge. I Have yet to receive tickets or any notification about the tickets 8 months after original purchase date.
Answer: Can you give me a answer are my ticket valid. Will they be excepted
