I called on 5/29 to request a refund for a cancelled show, and was told my refund would be processed. After no refund was given, I called back several times(extremely hard to get through to a customer service rep). Both Janice(July 8th) and Carolyn(August 3rd) read me a script that an email was sent out on June 1st(after my May 29th call) and that I was supposed to reply within seven days to get my refund. I never saw an email regarding this, and my initial call for a refund predated their June 1st email. This business is a total scam! I will be taking legal action against them - not for the money, but on principal. Read these hundreds of unhappy customers at the Better Business Bureau Reviews...

Horrible company. Miserable customer service, you will never get a person live. Can only do SMS link to chat and they hang up on you if you ask for a refund, no matter the circumstances. Refuse cash refunds. Live Nation steered by Black Keys ticket request to them and concert was cancelled due to COVID. Their response was basically so sad, too bad, no refund but a credit which you have a limited time to use. BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
I puchased 2 $42 dollar tickets and paid $238. Ok, NBD. I wanted my tickets and they were selling quick. But when the event was cancelled I was not able to get the amount refunded after 2 months of trying to contact them by email and phone. The phone system is set up to drop your call if you want a refund. They do not respond to emails and the ONLY way to get your money back is by disputing the charge with you credit card company.

I bought tickets show, which is now TBD because of the pandemic. I never got a notification of the shows date change, or of ticket delivery procedures. After numerous calls with customer service THEY REFUSE TO REUND MY MONEY. I have don't have the tickets and I don't have the money I paid for them 4 months after the show has been postponed indefinitely.

I purchased 14 tickets with insurance costing me 5 gs... then corona virus happened and the concert was postponed for a year and a half, in a completely different month and season. They will give no refund, and scoffed that I even suggested it, same with their $#*!ty insurance company! Like they couldn't resale these tickets in that time. 7 people have backed out and are now stuck with tickets they don't want. I equal it to having sex with someone who just lays there and you think you're good. $#*! this company.
I purchased tickets for a Trevor Noah concert for October 2020. This event has been cancelled but they will not refund me my money.
It is hard to get a hold of any one and to get any answers even though they say that if an event is cancelled they will reimburse you 100%.

Had tickets for a Robbie Williams concert in Las Vegas. The concert was cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic, TicketOffices.com were refunded by Ticketmaster but refused to pass on the refund. Absolute scammers!

My concert was cancelled. They insisted for over a month after THE BAND announced the cancellation, that it was "only postponed" then when they had to admit the cancellation, they only offered me STORE CREDIT, and NOT the refund they claim is "SO EASY".
And this after I paid for the cancellation insurance. Another waste of money.

We purchased tickets on 2/28/20 for Nick Jr Live (on Sat March 14th) at ***** Theatre in Boston. Due to Covid-19 the show was cancelled. On 3/13 the show was canceled and we received email that stated in 2-4 weeks a refund would appear on our credit card. After hearing nothing for over a month I reached out to someone on their message center and they said a refund would be proceed shortly and they were backed up due to COVID-19. After another month and no refund I reached out on 5/27 saying we have not received a refund. The sent an email saying at this point we would received a "credit" for 120% credit to their site on 5/27. After trying to contact them about this alleged credit to me over the next two weeks I was finally able to speak to a person on the phone on 6/18. She said they sent email on 5/5 (which we did not receive) which outlined a full refund only if we responded within 7 days of this alleged email. After searching for email and asking for them to resend the email it still never showed up. I have all correspondence saved from date of purchase other than the 2 emails they say they sent about a refund. All the person on the phone (named Anna) could say was that according to their records this was sent. After searching online about this company I see many complaints about similar refund issues by this company to their customers. I spent $328.16 on the tickets and we want our money back. This company just doesn't care about their customers.
As of the coronavirus the ball game I purchased tickets for has been canceled and on their site they said you will receive a full refund if games have been canceled. I disputed this with them and they did not give me a full refund they gave me a store credit I asked for a full refund back because I don't need a store credit so I don't buy any sports memorabilia and they refused to give me a refund and only a store credit. As a special gift for our friends last Christmas, we quickly bought 4 overpriced tickets, "told last tickets available'. Covid 19 hit and knocked out event. The Center refunded the base $280 to TicketOffice making them whole 2 weeks ago but our $450 still not refunded. All contacts tries to say their side of this problem was greater than the 2 dozen people out of work and we 80yr olds locked up at home with health issues. This company has not given refund of 357.00 and I bought insurance to guarantee a refund. Always the same answer, if I can get through to anyone. At least an hour to wait for a real person, tried email was told they answer each email (the machine they program does) and tried live chat after long wait go through to one person who said I was in wrong department and another person finally came on the line and same answer as they all have. This company is the worst. I doubt we will ever go to any events again this leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Shysters!

I have been trying to get a refund for two concert tickets. Concert was originally scheduled for 4/1, then unexpectedly moved to 4/15 with no explanation. Now the concert is "postponed", and since it is not officially canceled, Ticket Offices won't refund. Every employer/bank/credit union/airline/service provider is now offering help due to Covid 19. This is the only business that won't accommodate it's customer base. I will never, ever use this ticket outlet again.
