I order four tickets to the circus for $36 a piece and was charger led $187 in the end. I mistyped my email address and never received an order confirmation or tickets. The next day (day of event) I called the company on two separate occasions. The first I spoke to a man who said he could see my transaction and that it did not go through and that is why I did not receive the tickets or confirmation because I had not purchased them. An hour later I called again and spoke to a women who said she had no record of me purchasing tickets and the first guy must have deleted it since he said the transaction did not go through. We asked if the email was typed in wrong and numerous other things like why my account said the money was taken. She said that my bank account may say pending for the purchase but does not mean it was actually taken out. She said I would not be charged and what do you know I was. Two days later the money was officially taken out of my account and I called once again. Talked to a woman named Shannon who was the biggest $#*! and worst customer service representives I have ever spoken to. She basically blamed me for mistyping my email(which yes that's my fault) but why weren't the other two representives able to see that. I asked why the two others said what they said and she said she didn't know and she can't speak for them. She never once apologize to me on behalf of the company and mistakes by the other representives that were made. She was so rude and disrespectful and then she hung up on me while I was still speaking. Every representive I had spoken to were so disrespectful and all told me different reasons why I did not get my tickets. They are ill trained because that customer service was awful.

What a miserable experience for something that is typically so simple. With a legit able, reputable company you pay the fee that is agreed to and you receive tickets in an email almost instantly. Not here! My wife and I wanted to surprise our 4 year old with last minute Disney On Ice tickets. Tickets on the site were $43/ticket. We agreed to purchase 3 plus a $7.50 delivery fee. The checkout screen clearly stated the total was $129 plus the $7.50 delivery fee. When we received the PAID invoice via email instantly, the invoice had a misc charge of $32.75 added. This fee was disclosed NOWHERE on the checkout screen. It's very thoughtful to instantly send the invoice showing that you decieved us but you didn't send the tickets. No E-Tickets have arrived. We ordered at 12:45am. I called first thing this morning to ask for whereabouts if the ticket and to inquire about the charges that weren't agreed to. The woman became extremely defensive and rude and said "well maybe you should have called us last night, we were open til 1:00am." Are you kidding me? That's the reason I called at 8:00am the following morning! Then she says "You agreed to the charges twice" and keeps repeating herself when I told her that she was wrong. The checkout screen clearly stated $129 plus $7.50 and THAT'S IT. She essentially called me a liar and hung up. Even if we did agree, the fees must have been buried and hidden somewhere on the page that is clearly no visible. Which is defined as, yes, deceptive. Then they pin you in a corner and talk to you like a child. All that to buy tickets? Really? And I don't even have the tickets! But I have a nice invoice showing that I paid $170. What a joke. From top to bottom. Btw, where are my tickets? Oh hey, do you have my tickets? Has anyone seen my tickets? The reviews say it all. The BBB has the deceptive practices well documented. Take a look. Shame on us for not reading the reviews prior.

Absolutely best experience I've ever had buying tickets. I waited until about a week before the sold out Mumford & Sons show in Houston to see if I could find two tickets, not hoping for much. I ran across a site that appeared to have front-section seats for a RIDICULOUSLY low price. I'm not sure how cool quoting prices is on here, but they were much closer to the stage than any other site I saw, and less than almost any other tickets, no matter how bad.
The price and stated seats had me a little nervous that it was too good to be true, but I ordered on a prayer. Then I got an email saying I needed to arrange where to get the tickets the day of the show, and my heart almost broke. The day of the show, I got a phone call telling me where to pick them up (less than a block from the gates). I got there and was handed a gift card and told to just 'swipe it at the gate'. I and the 30-odd others there were really skeptical at that point, frankly.
But I walked right up to the gate, swiped the card, and 2 tickets - exactly as stated on the site - popped right out of the little machine, and we walked right in. Score! That was actually easier than remembering to carry 2 separate tickets, with the added benefit of not being able to forget them at home. And WHAT SEATS! Extra legroom, direct view to the stage close enough to see facial expressions and finger positions, in great view of a huge monitor showing the closeups, AND there was a very lonely beer vendor right behind us, so no waiting in line. They also happened to be very close to the bathrooms and merch booths too. They were by far the best seats I've ever had at a big show, ever.
All in all, this is honestly the best experience I've had buying concert tickets, aside from the few minutes of unwarranted doubt. I will absolutely be using their services again, especially now that I know I can trust the slightly unconventional way they delivered. It's easier than waking up early for a release and still never getting the tickets, the seats were just unbelievable, the transaction was smooth, the website was simple to navigate and get exactly what I wanted, and the price was way better than I ever expected. Don't let their methods turn you off - it's actually better - and go with these guys!
