Was thorough and direct during the ordering process. However, when we received tickets, they were issued under a different name. I called TN to find out what was going on. It was explained that the nature of their 3rd party business is essentially re-selling tickets. Once this was cleared up all was good. I do wish that was explained to me over the phone though during the ordering process. If it were, I wouldn't have thought the possibility I was scammed had happened. Either way, they cleared the confusion right up and the show was amazing. I do recommend their service. Pricey for delivery and service fee, just like the others.
I really had bad experience with ticketnetwork. I bought a ticket online to Chicago musical, paid 350$ for good seat in orchestra. Un the ticket office I was given the ticket worth of 89$ (the price on the ticket) for the worst seat in the aisle of the last raw. So the view was very bad and I felt very dissapointed, because the price and the value didn't matched. I think I was treated unfair as a customer.
My daughter and I drove in from Bradenton with some friends from Myrtle Beach who were in for the holidays. We went to the Panthers/Senators hockey game on 12/22 and had a fantastic time at BB&T Arena. Definitely looking forward to doing this again in the near future!

Wanted to take my granddaughter to the Lion King but Denver Center was sold out. I knew I would be paying a premium for tickets through an after market ticket outlet. I was kind of worried heading to the game since the Bruins hadn't won a game yet this season. That worry was greatly misplaced. :) My Bruins didn't disappoint at all, and neither did the seats I got! Perfect view! I was in 302, but I could still see everything going on down on ice level. For my first time seeing my team, and first time sitting on the side of the rink, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Hopefully the rest of the season will go as well as this game went. Gonna keep my jersey near and try to wear it during every game; got some luck on it now!

First off, I had trouble with the website itself. Kept denying my card even though I had triple of what was needed for the tickets in the card. And when I tried to fix it and call customer service, BOTH the representative that spoke to me were extremely rude, didn't have the patience to listen to my question or even answer them, and actually had to audacity to tell me they didn't care what I had to say? I didn't know customer service was supposed to approach the CUSTOMERS in that way. Definitely will never think about using this website again. They charged my card TWICE with a preauthorization that will now take 5business days for my money to return, and I still dont have my tickets? Easy to use? Definitely not, I'd stick to vivid seats, or ticket master. Never had any problems with them.

Bought 4 tickets assuming game time was in the early afternoon only to find out later that the game was at 7PM therefore could not attend. Lost the value of the tickets I purchased as I could not attend a late game. Gave the tickets away. Lost over $180.00.
The game was fun to watch, however, the cost of the seats were outrageous. It was only done because of my Grandsons 16th birthday. Sun was hot and seats were in the sun. The hamburgers that were purchased were full of gristle and were probably the worst we have ever eaton at a ball game.
It's upsetting to learn we paid close to 3 times the face value per ticket to go see the Lakers one last time before Kobe retires from the NBA. I understand it is somewhat expected to pay a bit more than face value for an event like the one we chose. However, we did not expect for Kobe to skip the game & not play! The sole purpose of going to the Laker game was to see Kobe & for him to not be present was a huge let down for me & my family.
If it wasn't for the Lakers winning the game, my rating would have been 0-1 Star.
Buying the ticket was easy. Getting the ticket wasn't. I would recommend online tickets in stead of FedEx shipping tickets. I was on vacation at a hotel. The company did get them overnight-ed to me at the hotel on time. They did go over the top to get them to me.

I found the above site when I was looking for Dodger tickets for my husband and I. We got notified a few days ago the sits had to be split 2 and 2 and they would be behind one other and offered us a VIP upgrade. We wanted our orignal seats. We did not want upgrade

It's absolutely ridiculous. I will never choose them again. They are the worst an never reliable. Always choose ticketmaster. Had to call them for 30 minutes because they couldn't find my information and it took longer because of having to talk to the manager upon my request. And they over charged us for simple tickets. Then the representative that we first talked to gave us a deal for cheaper than we had paid for original tickets. But then the for the original that wasn't even found during the whole process. Manager declined the deal and we had to pay. F U!
The performance was very good, but our seats were in the 2nd balcony of the theater. For where we sat, we thought the tickets should have been more in the $45.00 range instead of the $80.00 range. We paid a total of $210.00 for our 2 tickets and our seats were still almost in the very back of the theater in the balcony instead of on the main floor.

Bad does not even begin to describe my experience. In March, I bought tickets to Chicago's Lollapoolza, which was taking place in August. I had a 10+ hour drive to the event, so I planned to leave the day before on August 2nd, and I was told they would arrive at my house in time for my event. Nope. The tickets did not come until August 2nd at 3 PM. Even if I did leave right then and there, I would've been late to the festival as it started at 11 AM. When I called to get my money back, they wouldn't give me a refund because "technically the tickets came before the event started". What a joke! Thank you for being completely unreasonable and irrational. And yes, I will be writing a bad review everyday until I get my money back!
We purchased Kevin James, through ticketnetwork.com. To find out our tickets were set to a 2nd party vendor. They take your money, in hope that they can buy your tickets for you! First we were told by ticketnetwork.com they would be shipped by a certain date, then next email came telling us they would be there the date of the venue at 12 noon! All lies, we made a phone call to the number on their site and we were referred to another number... which you could not understand the person. Told us the tkts would not be shipped due to he did not rec'd them intime from his supplier. Needless to say, their were never any tikts to begin with... never use ticketnetwork to purchase anything!
