I'm not at all pleased that buying tickets for a Canadian Casino seeing a Canadian icon Paul Anka, I pay for my tickets in US funds. My tickets started out to be $71.00ea ended up to be $122.00ea. That is just a gowdge and I'm not happy about it. I'll never buy another ticket from you again.

I ordered tickets to a show at the World Cafe Live thinking I was getting VIP seats since I was paying so much over face value. Now I'm stuck with $140 bill for two GA tickets to a show that's not even sold out - I could walk up tonight and buy tickets for $20. They refused to address this. And I think SeatGeek misrepresented the seats.

The experience was a first time JIMMY BUFFET. I will never go to another concert do to fact of over booking, not able to take a man pack in i had to leave it that needed to be disclosed which i showed what was in it. For what we heard the music it was great! The police multiple times steers us in the wrong direction to get a taxi or ubert. We stumbled across it by accident. I have been to alot of concerts and never had as many problems. P. S there was NO CHEESE BURGER in Paradise. The french fries where good the beer was warm and burgers were not good over price on T shirts.
This concert would have been a wonderful experience, i purchased these tickets as a 65 bday present as Brooks and Dunn and Reba is his alltime favorite, and he had never been to Las Vegas before. They were truly amazing, however, we had the unfortunate experience of rowdy, rude people sitting next to us. ruined our whole experience we went to see the band. Not drunk people singing yelling next to us... I was soo disappointed that they were not asked to please sit down. We were not the only ones feeling this way, my partner was so excited and this was to be a truly memorable experience, I had to save all winter for this and was soo excited as this group is amazing despite that experience. We leaned forward and just tried to focus on the amazing music on the stage. And it truly was amazing... their show was wonderful, we loved it. Just tried to block out the people sitting next to us.
We opened our ticket packet the day before event and found the ticket value $17.00 posted right on each ticket. We paid $420.00 for 6 tickets making therm $70.00 each.
We were heart sick. This is FRAUD and theft. We are turning this over to our MasterCard fraud department and they are looking into it. We also are researching two other venues of fraud research into yours and Ralphs ticket company We understand there is a marketing fee and a profit to be made on tickets, but not to this extent of FRAUD. Joe Ducey on channel 15 will help us and so will a private CID that we know. If you and Ralph would like to make this right before we turn this over to other investigations, we would appreciate a $200.00 refund to our MASTERCARD and all will be dropped. This still make it $37.00 per ticket and that is more than double face value.

If you are looking for a SCAM, then ticketnetwork and ticketworld are the right vendors for you. I had a surprise weekend planned for my boyfriend, where I bought Red Sox tickets from Ticketnetwork. I also had to buy airfare, rental car, and hotel for these tickets. After 5 days passed I should have received my tickets or the airbill with the tracking number, I called. The customer service is garbage, my weekend was ruined, and I was devastated.

I had a horrible experience with this ticket provider. I purchased 4 tickets October 24,2015 for a total cost of $495.00. Plans were made, dinner reservations made. By January 13th, the "delivery date" emailed me by this company, the tickets had still not be delivered to me. I emailed them and then called the number provided to me that day. I was then told that the tickets were sold out and asked if I could go another day! I asked why I wasn't told this at the time of the $495 purchase, I was told it was a "miss-listing". We were very disappointed in having to cancel all of our plans. Another day was not an option due to the different four work schedules and day off and travel time to Portland for the show as we live 75 miles south of Portland. I will NOT use this ticket purchase sight again.
When I discovered the actual location of my seat, I couldn't see the event. I was located not only in the nose-bleed section, I got to comparing ticket prices with those around me, I soon discovered that I had over-paid by nearly triple the others about me. It was not made clear that lawn seating did not allow lawn chairs. Having had both hips replaced I could not sit on the ground-therefore I was unable to use the tickets. I contacted Fraze Pavilion directly after finding out this information (because when I purchased them online I ASSUMED I was purchasing from them-not an outside source). She was very nice and willing to change the seats to "Terrace" seating because they are aluminum bleacher seats. When she realized I did not order from them she directed me to contact your agency. I did and your agency was not helpful at all. I spent $180.00 through you and did not get to use the tickets.

Bought tickets for World Series Sept 30. No report of problem with order until Oct 6, when tickets were twice as much (hmmm... how fortunate for them). Called all sorts of customer service folks, FB messaged both company and CEO. They "undertand" that I "feel" there's been some confusion with my order. I did nothing wrong. I pushed the order button, received confirmation through Tiqiq, checked my bbank to make sure transaction was authorized, even sent a message 2 days later to make sure the order was okay... no answer.
Easy fix to get me similar tickets. They chose not to do so.

There was a lot of lack of communication here I got the tickets the night before! The game was on Friday the 11th. And seller had not shipped on the 7th as my email confirmed. And as I chose to receive them that way. I called a couple times and the staff was highly unprofessional. I had to make a trip the night before to pick up my package that was 30 miles away. Due to needing to sign for FedEx (which was NOT explained) And still yet when received the tickets it was the printable that I could of downloaded myself! With General Admission tickets, they would be for a Standing Room Only area unless it states differently. The venue would, at times, document the tickets with a section row and seat number to count the number of tickets that were being sold for this area. This will help prevent overselling of an area and causing health concerns.

Ticket delivery method: "E-Ticket"... Ok with an E-Ticket "delivery" usually its free of charge, well not on ticketnetwork its an 8.00$ charge, ALSO usually with this delivery you can print your tickets immediately... Nope not with ticketnetwork/TicketGalaxy... For some reason it had the delivery date listed as Nov 18th... Ok no big... well Nov 18th came and it is now the 19th with no email regarding my ticket... 2 days till the concert, i'm quite concerned i'm not even going to get my ticket on time. I purchased tickets to the 2020 NCAA Wrestling Championships for all sessions and received a receipt for 1 of 6 sessions. No onw would pay $2900 for 1 session?
