Do not bu y tickets from these people. They will move events & if you cannot go you eat the cost even if you resale, they take a fee out of that too & you pay the price. Their customer service is fast but unethical. Their policies are also not in your favor. DO NOT USE

The company sent invalid tickets and then went silent until an hour before the event. I was already inside the game with replacement tickets because there was a pre-game ceremony. They refused to offer a refund. Warning - don't buy tickets from here.

I have been waiting 6 weeks for an adjustment made to my membership fee. Through an email I was assured that after I place my first order, my membership fee would be adjusted to a returning members fee of $9.99.
I tried calling several times. They keep you on hold forever, then they say someone will call back. First time no one called back. Second time they called but I missed them. Third time I called, waited 1.5 hours and no option given for callback.
I can't imagine if you have a problem with your tickets, how anything could be resolved! Nobody answers the phone or replies to email.
So frustrated!

This concept sounds like a good deal, but it's not. The same sellers are selling the "same" tickets on the websites that charge fees. The sellers are reducing the list price by the amount of the fees on the other sites. For example, on Ticket Master, the seller listed the ticket at $140. Plus the $30 fee the final price is $170. Actually it's a little higher due to other miscellaneous fees. The seller listed the tickets here at $170. My savings by not paying the ridiculous service fees, zero.

My husband accidently purchased tickets with his touch screen lap top and emailed them IMMEDIATELY along with eBay, eBay said they should have no problem refunding the purchase since we emailed within an hour, but they where so wrong! We received an email 2 days later and with no reason attached they just denied the request! Thst was completely wrong! It was obvious what had happened. They had not even sent out the tickets yet! We will NEVER purchase nor recommend any ticket purchasing from these people, they are obviously only all about the money!

Dangerous scam company, these people were willing to lie to my bank. This concert never took place for Giveon due to the fact that it was canceled because of Covid. This train wreck went from a disaster to fall on 911 not only was the show canceled after we drove all the way up to LA 30mins before no one reached out to anyone through an email or text message but this company had the audacity to lie to my bank when it was clear as day that the concert never took place.we
Were supposed to be refund due to Covid. Like it was stated on their website when I purchased the ticket can't believe companies like this are able to function whoever created this company your day will come Point blank this company is willing to steal hundreds and hundreds of dollars from you beware and do not buy your ticket from here their statements in policy absolutely holding the water you might as well be better given your money to Hunter Biden because it's long gone and smoked up shameful disgusting company

I purchased concert tickets online and they never sent me an account activation email, but they did take the time to charge my credit card. When I spoke with a customer service agent 4 days later (assuming I would eventually receive an activation email), they were unable to activate my account and told me that the reserved VIP tickets I purchased were not available (see pic highlighted below). However, they would be able to provide me with GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS! I have sent a follow up email to their customer service email address and have yet to have any type of response.

If you spend money with this company, be prepared to lose your hard earned cash without any explanation! Save yourself a headache and use another, VERIFIED service!

FYI... they also go by TicketNetwork... check the addresses on both websites.

Scammers! Claim no fees then raise face value of ticket. Compared same seats on concerts and ticketmaster was cheaper even with fees. Should be illegal. Total scumbag company.

I was sent the wrong tickets missed out on the game I actually brought tickets for then I had to prove they sent the wrong tickets only thing I got after pulling teeth was a refund no Apology or compensation to show any Empathy i would never do business with site again and would not advise it stay away
