I was able to order same-day tickets for sold out seats. Transaction was smooth and the prices were the lowest due to their lower fees. I compared the price versus 5 other competitor websites. This was the best.
I have used ticket club 3 times in the few months and have not had any issues. I was skeptical about trying anything other than ticketmaster or stubhub, but I didn't have any problems. I did have to contact customer service twice for one of my games and I did get a prompt answer the second time I contacted them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ticketclub to friends and family and the yearly fee after the first year is very minimal to save money in the long run.
Received my tickets in time and the seller was very helpful and communicative! My e ticket never arrived so they had a courier bring the paper ticket to my hotel. Will definitely use again next time Im in the city.
Great service for a reasonable price. Last minute game ticket was a true surprise for my husbands 40th birthday, I was just heartbroken however because I thought I purchased seats on the home team side to only realize I didn't. I would suggest having adding something for games that allows the purchaser to only search for tickets based off the team the support.

The tickets were cheaper, didn't have to pay all the extra bull, like all those other companies with their processing fees and other fees, fast delivery and not one problem ordering the tickets online. They allowed me to download the tickets early as I was presenting them as a gift. Also, although I didn't need the reminders, they were very good at providing persistent reminders that the show was coming up and to download the tickets.
I would recommend this website to anyone who is an avid concert goer. Prices are better than stubhub or ticketmaster. Only thing I would like to improve this would be for the seat numbers to be included in the conformation email in addition to the row and the section number

This is the first time i used this website to purchased tickets and i think it will be the last. I purchased the tickets on Dec 15 because i am under the impression thee tickets are e-tickets as it says on the website. And i didn't expect its going to take more than two weeks to get the tickets i received the tickets on December 30th via FedEx ground. The tickets cost $90 i paid $188 + service fee. The actual price for two tickets is $180 + tax. I paid total of $431.88 for two tickets. It was ridiculous how much they over charged you! And when you call the company they can't help you either they still want you to call another number or talk to another person! Don't recommend this site at all! Its more of a sam!
I received notice 1 day before my event that my tickets would be e-tickets. Then i was told i would receive an email with instructions to transfer and obtain my purchased tickets... The instructions provided on email were insufficient and when i called the support line and asked for assistance... the person i spoke with knew no more than i did. I was given misinformation and was on this call for almost an hour before i gave up. I then contacted the online support for the site my tickets were transferred to. I meeded to ensure that i had completed the transfer completely and needed to know when i got to the event the next day that i would be able to access my etickets... altogether a very stressful process
I bought my first tickets through Ticketclub (Hamilton in NYC) and found great tickets at a cost much lower than from other sites like ticketmaster. They have an amazing selection of tickets, escpecially well-priced re-sale tix for broadway shows. I purchased my tix a week in advance and they arrived in the mail 2 days later. We had an amazing time at the show!
I went to imagine dragons concert that supposed to start at 1 pm; I waited there from 9am till 7pm and the band didnt show up. Then I had to leave. It was a waste of my time and money. It is unfair to take my money and not deliver what was promised.
I ordered tickets for a Padres game. The order went through but I was immediately sent an e-mail response stating that the tickets that I had selected were already sold. I called Ticketclub and they confirmed the cancellation of my order and reassured me the charge to my credit card would be instantly credited. Marrisa Nelson was helping me and she instantly started searching for two other seats for me. She was able to find seats that were clearly superior to my previous seat choice for the same price. Wow. Amazing seats. I used to like Ticketclub, but now thanks to the customer satisfaction that was given to me by Marrisa, I now love Ticketclub! I will use Ticketclub exclusively from now on.
