And Not the first time I have used Ticket Club. There is an initial fee when you sign up but then its only $9.99 a year. Given what I have paid in fee's when using other sites, $50 initially and then $10 a year is still a good deal. I have never had a problem receiving my tickets and I got what was promised..

My ticket was ready to be downloaded within minutes of purchasing it and I had no issues with printing it from my iPhone either. Great price and I love not paying any ridiculous service fees too. I recommend ticket club to all of my friends whenever we find concerts that we want to attend!

Transaction was super easy and had no issues at the door with my tickets. I even had a couple people ask about pricing and I definitely had the best deal by far from the people around me! Will be returning for future events!

All went well, prices were good compared to purchasing from the venue. Just not sure why a $7.95 fee for me to download and print my tickets. But all in all I'm a satisfied customer. Hope to find more good last minute deals in the future!

Very easy to buy and print tickets! I bought tickets a few months ago and saved my email to print tickets yesterday for the event. I'm glad I did so. That you might want to sell it out. Our tickets worked as advertised no issues at the door.

Tickets were great and everything worked out perfect. I'll definitely keep using ticketclub. Tickets were all the same amount as other sites but ticketclub doesn't charge you an outrageous service fee.

I just completed my first transaction. Similar to StubHub. Some prices better. Some not. Found tickets but only wanted electronic download so I do not know process for receiving tickets otherwise. My electronic download was emailed to me smoothly in just a couple of minutes after transaction. I would def use again!

Bought seats for the Dodger's Game Two World Series. The seats were great! The process was fine. I hated to have to buy resale but had no choice. This was the best option. Compared to Stubhub, the same seats WITHOUT the service fee were much less expensive! I recommended it to all my friends already!

Pros: a large variety of tickets and seating. Prices were reasonable. Recommended sellers was helpful.
Cons: tickets were listed on the website and when I tried to purchase them was told they weren't available.

Wrong tickets sent first. Finally got the right ones a day before the concert. I feel the price was a little overpriced. Personal opinion of that. Glad they made it right and at least sent me the right ines. But it sucked waiting till the day before concert. First package didn't require a signature so why did the second package require one?

Was looking for tixs to MLB Derby and ASG - overall prices here were cheaper. Can't understand how sites can charge such a high service fee. While these ticket prices are higher there is no service fee (outside of the annual fee). I would use again.

Ordered tickets to the MLB game (Nationals vs Marlins) online while in Washington, DC. Tickets were sent the next day to my email. They were as promised, close to first base. No additional fees were charged on top of the listed price, I'm pleased with this interaction.

Searched for tickets to a basketball game on VividSeats after seeing the fees, I decided to keep looking elsewhere. Found TicketClub, got my tickets at the same price as Vivid without the fees! And my first year of membership is free!

Great tickets, easy to use, MUCH cheaper transaction fees than vivid and good communication! Overall it was a very good experience, great follow up and local pick up was close to the event. Would definitely recommend!

This was the first time that I ordered on-line. The process was fairly clear. There is too much material to be printed.
I am annoyed that the ticket price is in US dollars when the show is Canadian being performed in Canada at a Canadian venue.

I was so frustrated by the outrageous service fees associated with other ticket sites like StubHub, TicketMaster, etc. Didn't have that with Ticket Club. One membership fee and no additional service fees for the two tickets I bought. Very pleased so far.

I was able to order same-day tickets for sold out seats. Transaction was smooth and the prices were the lowest due to their lower fees. I compared the price versus 5 other competitor websites. This was the best.
