Tickets were received However the view was obstructed by a pole which caused us not too see much of the show. Big disappointment. Next time seller needs to state that. Tickets were way too expensive felt for an obstructed view

Happy Customer

Transaction for a hockey seat worked like it should. Seat was great and the price was good, made better by not adding on extra fees. I had a question about the actual electronic transfer process that was answered quickly. Have already recommended Ticketclub to a friend.

Horrible.

Very disappointed with the entire experience. I was charged almost $200 for two tickets., instead of a toal of $70. I purchased these tickets for my "italian" moms 83rd birthday. Never again. We were under the assumption it was "stand up" Italian comedy... not story telling. Very sad indeed.

Predatory

Purchased baseball tickets as a mother's day ticket. Was charged for tickets, but never received any sort of confirmation or ticket. I did receive and email asking me to rate my purchase so I know they had the correct email.
When trying to check the status of my order on their website, it said I could not view my orders until I verified my email. Tried to resend the verification repeatedly over several days and received absolutely nothing. No directions or anything on their website.

Went through their customer service chat several times where they sound repeatedly ask for my order number after informing them I could not view it due to the lack of verification.
Finally after threatening to sue/report to the BBB and requesting a refund they gave me a convoluted set of directions involving the installation of a completely unrelated MLB BP app on my phone, registering a second account through here, and somehow my tickets were magically accessible through this app. Of course these directions were not sent to me previously at all or posted on their website anywhere. By the time I got access to my tickets, it was less than an hour before the start of the game.

Avoid this company. It's worth paying the extra fees to not have to deal with their BS and maybe not even get the tickets.

Electronic tickets should be immediate delivery upon purchase. I purchased tickets on a Monday morning and did not receive them until late the following Sunday night (less than 12 hours before the event.) I only received them after multiple calls to their customer service line and no response to any of my e-mail inquiries. All agents with the exception of the final woman I spoke with kept telling me I had received them when I had not and told me to go along with my plans to attend the event with no tickets because my money would be refunded if I hadn't received by the start of the event. I will not be using this service in the future, nor will any of my family or friends after the terrible experience I had. Even more upset I had to pay a $50 sign up fee to be brushed aside.

Disappointed
February 12, 2018

I ordered my tickets in December for the Feb. 11 show. Tickets were supposed to arrive on, or before, Feb. 7. On Feb. 8 I called them. They checked with the ticket owner who said Id get them within two hours. Time passed... no contact and no ticket. I called again on Feb. 9 and 10. Finally, on Feb. 10, I received them. Very stressful!

Your System Sucks!

It took over 45 minutes and 3 of your employees to be able to download my tickets to me. Instead of busting your customers balls, why don't you just get off your asses and mail the F'n tickets to your customers as part of the fees that your not a shame to charge!

Face value of each ticket $47.50. We paid $106 per ticket plus $15 shipping. We had no clue that we were paying above face value. The fine print on the tickets states that the ticket shall not be sold for an amount in excess of the face value without consent of issuer. Maybe they had consent, maybe not. This is a fair warning to all newbies.

Problems with the site
December 29, 2017

I am pretty upset because I am from Louisville, KY taking my daughter (who lives in Huntington, WV) to the concert so she can appreciate the music I grew up on. I was searching for tickets the 1st day the public was allowed to order and I found 2 on the Lower Level section 6 2 seats on row AA but everytime I tried to purchase the tickets I was redirected back to the beginning where you search for the area and seats you want. After trying 11 times the seats in the area where I wanted to sit were taken so I had to chose the next level up. It would be awesome if you could find tickets where we would be sitting in the Lower Level in one of these sections 6, 7, 10 or 11 row AA or right in front of the stage would work too.

Good so far!

Decided to go with the premier membership which made sense due to the number of tickets (6) I purchased. Able to get the download within an hour of the order. Experience has been easy breezy. Just hoping no problem once we get to the Eagles game. Keeping my fingers crossed all goes well since its my Christmas present for my kids... Will spread the word once the holiday is over.

Saved me hundreds!

I was a bit nervous to use this site to purchase some pretty pricey tickets to MLB All-Star but other sites fees were just ridiculous so I gave it a shot. I am truly glad I did. I ordered from a preferred vendor and the tickets arrived weeks ahead of time. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. I saved $200 in fees, had great seats and a wonderful experience from purchase to closing pitch. So glad I stumbled upon them. I will definitely recommend and use them again.

Very happy with my purchase. The concert is not until 6-8-18 so it would be nice to do the review after that, but so far the transaction was smooth, much cheaper, no hidden fees, and easy to navigate through the website.

Great seats, east transaction. I like that the price doesn't have many extra fees bit, with that said, it does seem they're baked in and more in line with vivid who they used to be much cheaper than. I'd like to see it more competitive in pricing so I don't have to look at all 3 to see where the best deal is.

Great source for tickets without the outrageous fees you typically pay on other resale websites. Happy to be through with Stubhub... their fees always seem to add another 50% to the final purchase price. With Ticket Club, I can get a better price or spend the difference on better seats!
