HELP
I asked for tickets to Paul McCartney at Syracuse on June 4th and they sent me tickets to June 14th show at MetLife. I can't go to MetLife! My sister and I are disabled and live in upstate NY

They are a Scam

Shame on me for not doing my due diligence I suppose. I ordered two tickets for an event that the price should have been about $50 per ticket. I got charged $171.20 for two tickets and they withdrew $225 out of my account, with no mention on the receipt about what the other $53.80 was for. On their support chat, I was told (by a bot) that there are additional fees to keep 'their marketplace safe'. What a scummy garbage company.

Scalper tickets

I mistook TicketCenter for TicketMaster and bought 4 tickets for the Nutcracker Ballet by Arizona Ballet Company. TicketCenter charged $96 per ticket plus $87.50 in fees. On the page of ticket prices, there was the statement: "Tickets going fast!" I checked that I read the statement "no refunds." So far, stupid is as stupid does. My fault. Then, after concluding the sale, I realized that it didn't sound right that a local production of the Nutcracker would be almost $100/ticket (although I had just been in Manhattan, where that would have been a bargain), so I went to the theater's website, which took me to TicketMaster, which sold the same seats for $37 with minimal fees; hundreds of tickets were available. I immediately tried to call TicketCenter on the number on their website and found that you cannot actually reach TicketCenter. You reach an intermediary hired by them who asked if I had checked the "no refund" statement. End of conversation. TicketCenter sent an email telling me that I had to accept the tickets online, which I did not do as I was disputing the charge as a scam with my credit card company. I lost. We did not see the ballet as the dispute took longer than it was playing. $471.50 down the drain and a very expensive lesson learned. Learn from my mistakes. Go to TicketMaster instead.

Canceled but no refund

In November 2021, i purchased 1 ticket to South Carolina womens basketball home game vs. UCONN. That game was canceled and a game vs U. Mississippi was scheduled at the same time. I attest that that is a completely separate event, i care nothing about seeing U. Mississippi. Since it was canceled i should get a refund.

They deserve ZERO stars

Horrible horrible company. Do not buy tickets from this scam of a company. Took months of trying to get in touch with them. By phone, email, even live chat. First email I received from them saying show was postponed, said if we could not make it, we would be eligible for a refund. That was September. Four months later I finally get ahold of them, for them to tell me their policy changed. I'm responsible for selling the tickets. I reported them to BBB they have over 5000 complaints just in the last year.

Horrible customer service! No refunds!

I purchased Tickets for Riverdance on Feb 8,2022 thru Tickets-Center.com. I was later notified that it was rescheduled for May 2,2023. I requested a refund since its over 1 year and 3 months away from original date and I'm unable to attend. They advise me that they will only give refund if its cancelled. I spoke with customer service (Darling) via chat line and was advised that they wouldn't send me a copy of the refund policy stating this!

I also noticed that they are selling tickets to the Prescott Rodeo. If you go to The Prescott Rodeo site they are not authorized to sell! It states on the Prescott Rodeo Site, "Please Do Not buy tickets from any other website, as they are not legitimate!. This company is a joke! Save your money and buy from a legitimate company!

NEVER EVER ORDER TICKETS THROUGH THIS SITE!

I've contacted this company numerous of times about getting a refund for this concert that never happened its going on 2 years now! I just want a refund! This is ridiculous and I'm no longer interested in this event! I spent well over 500 dollars for tickets for a concert that's not happening and this is so crazy and unprofessional! Give ppl back their money! Customer service is rude asf and will hang up on you nobody from this company cares at all! They just take your money! There's no way a customer should be waiting almost 2 years for a rescheduled show or a refund! This is a low down scheming company! I will be suing because this is not right so y'all will not be getting away with this! I've been very very patient but now I'm over it! The worst company ever to give your hard earned money to!

This company is terrible to deal with. I purchased tickets for a ballet for me and my daughter. I never received the tickets and was contacting them several days ahead of the event to ask where the tickets were. They refused to help. When I contacted the box office of the venue directly, they stated that they were never sent any orders from Ticket Center. When I contacted Ticket Center, they blamed the venue and told me to continue to wait for their system to update even though the venue box office told me that they needed information from Ticket Center for tickets to be located (which Ticket Center refused to provide). Needless to say, Ticket Center (which is a division of Vivid Seats BTW) took my money, never sent me the tickets, nor helped me to try and locate them up to the day of the event (and past). I never did get access to the tickets and now have had to dispute the charge since they refuse to issue a refund for goods not delivered. I was also told that I had a 100% buyers guarantee but yet never received tickets or a refund so not sure what that guarantee covers. TERRIBLE company that steals money. Steer clear and use another ticket company or buy from the venue directly to avoid being ripped off!

Do not buy your tickets here! They sold me tickets to a local children's recital as if they were legitimately tickets to the Nutcracker ballet. IT WAS A RECITAL! There was not one adult in the performance. We left and I called to get some sort of resolution. The customer service agent was not helpful. When I asked to talk to a manager she told me they don't allow that. Run, don't walk, away from Ticket Center!

Overpriced tickets

Hi, writing this review to remind folks to make sure to go to the venue's website to look at ticket prices. I was in a rush and erroneously clicked on ticket center's link and purchased tickets there that were twice the price of the tickets from the venue.

Wow, what a disappointment. The Ticket Center customer service is designed to prevent any cancellation through closed loop website, email, live chat, and phone tricks. I spent 1 ½ hours trying to cancel a ticket when seat information wasn't clearly supplied until after the purchase…then the frustration begins. I'll never use these guys and can not recommend using them…. Boarder line scam customer service!

Just now I purchased two tickets for San Francisco Ballet's Nutcrackers on December 10. I paid $480 for those two tickets, Balcony J, then I went to San Francisco Ballet's official website and discovered that the same tickets were being sold for $19 apiece. What a rip off! I wanted to get a refund from Ticket Center, only to find out that they refuse to talk,and it also claims that all their sales are final. Be careful. Do not buy tickets from Ticket Center website.

TICKET CENTER IS A SCAM!

Ticket center is a nightmare! They will not take your call until day of show and then put you on hold for an hour and then hang up! I paid $400 for a dead link and they refused to send another, needless to say, MISSED THE SHOW! Lying cheating scammers!

I bought tickets to a concert only to find out after they charged my credit card that I had to be vaccinated to attend the show. They would not offer a refund or even an exchange for another show. Will NEVER use them again and advise others not to either!
