You have to wait for the original owner to transfer tickets, and that owner can say he/she has sent them when in reality they have not, then Ticket Center will not help you, just tell you we have proof of transfer sorry. The only way to fight it is to make a fraud claim with your credit card.

I thought this was the box office of the venue. It turns out it is not and doubled the price; did not provided adjacent seats; and in addition charged a $48.00 service fee. These people should be in jail. I am going to dispute charge on my credit card.

They pop up top of results and you think they are the company you want to buy from. Then charge you double or triple. Complete scam.

Made a mistake and clicked wrong day. Tried to cancel MINUTES after purchase and would not allow. Ticket prices also 3 times more expensive than direct from venue. Their customer service must memorize lines. Would just repeat " we do not take supervisor calls", when asked to speak with a manager. However, they would often "consult" with their team. Received tickets the day before event. Was told my only option to get my money back was to resell. However, selling tickets was not available to me thru the app. DO NOT USE SITE

I purchased tickets on 4/2/23 for a 6/25/23 baseball game. On 4/3/23 I received a confirmation email with the e tickets- I didn't open this email until the day before the game and I noticed someone else's name was on the tickets and they spent $50 less per ticket. I overall spent over $300 for 4 tickets!
I called the baseball ticket box office and the employee couldn't find my tickets by using my last name she then tried by looking up the seat, row and isle- confirmed the other persons last name listed on the seats, she basically told me that this is a normal occurrence with these 3rd party sellers and she would find me different seats once I got there. THAT'S NOT WHAT I PAID FOR! The employee was very helpful in this situation however we ultimately decided not to go because who knows what seats I would have gotten! This is absurd and 3rd party sellers should be banned from ticket sales. Thank you for ruining a Father's Day gift from my son to his father and grandfather

This site is overpriced and unhelpful even while your order is processing you are unable to change anything and their support is extremely unhelpful. I wouldn't suggest using this site to buy tickets for anything.

I have used TicketCenter a few times. They are fine if everything goes according to plan. The last time I used them I had a family emergency and could not attend the concert I bought tickets for. TicketCenter basically said tough sh--, too bad for me and good luck. There is no way to resell them on their site and other websites like Ticketmaster and Stubhub won't accept tickets from TicketCenter. If you use them, just makes sure nothing goes wrong.

I arrived at the venue and when I said I was using ticket center they rolled their eyes and said "We're so sorry, we can tell you now this won't be easy. Never use them" And they were right. I never got a link for my tickets and they arrived at 2, at which time the theater has a strict policy of no late admissions, so I had to just get 3 tickets right there. It was stressful for no reason. I am about to start the process for a refund and I can already tell it's going to be drama.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Their link came up first when I Googled the Britt Music Center. I almost paid twice the going rate from the Britt tickets because I thought these people were the festival's ticket vendor. They are not. If this company comes up first for your venue, keep looking. They will rip you off!

Bought tickets for a show in Toronto. There were almost no tickets left so these thieves charged 261% over the ticket's original price. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Our "customer care specialist" does not deserve this title. She was incredibly rude and not at all helpful. I would NOT recommend this site to anyone that I care about.

I was charged $305 more than in ticketmaster and seating in the last raw. This company is a scam. Do not purchase tickets through them.

As a first time online ticket buyer I fell for their trap! Paid 2 to 3 times what you would pay on any other site for a concert. When I saw the outrageous fees and fines on the checkout page. It was too late, and I immediately contacted them for a refund, and they said no ma'am.! There was no disclosure on the checkout page or web site that refunds will be denied! Now I am stuck with an over priced ticket. I cannot use.fraud Company!

Purchased tickets to a 6 pm game. I called them to tell them the game is at 1 pm not 6 pm the sameday obviously i couldn't go because of the time. They claim since i called them to tell the game was at 1 and not 6 pm that i was aware of the time. NO REFUND. SPENT OVER 3 HOURS DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. TRUST ME DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

THIS SITE IS A SCAM, you receive the tickets at the moment they want to send it to you, not when you paid. You won't even know what your seat is until your ticket is sent to you. I bought my tickets 4 month ago and still have not received. If you want to be sure that you will have what you bought, DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. IT'S A MESS

This is the most unethical business!
They "present" as the official site for a venue, then basically rape you in the price, service charge, etc., and then you have absolutely no recourse to change, cancel, let alone speak to anyone.
That they continue to do business is abhorrent.

This company is engaging in unfair and potentially deceptive practices. I was sent a direct link to purchase tickets, and thought I was buying from a legitimate official seller. Tickets were over double face value, and the process to redeem these (from a reseller) is very sketchy.

I believe this is all fraudulent and don't want these tickets from this reseller and requested a refund, which they refused.

Please be warned, do not purchase anything from this company
