IF YOU WANT TO PAY 4X THE AMOUNT FOR A TICKET THAN WHAT THEY SELL AT THE ACTUAL EVENT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. WON'T GIVE A REFUND EVEN IF YOU TRY TO CANCEL WITHIN AN HOUR OF BUYING.

Reseller who artificially marks up tickets and messages that "tickets are low, selling fast"
In my case costs were 3X what Ticketmaster was selling. It was early & I didn't read the small print stating they "PRICES MAY BE ABOVE… GOING RATE". This tiny print "discloses" and makes it so you can not dispute. Hard lesson to learn but hope that others will see this. DO NOT USE. CONSUMER FRAUD

Upon looking up the show I wanted to purchase tickets for TICKET-CENTER popped up. I purchased three tickets for $387.95. I then found out that I could get the exact same tickets for $80.75. On the same day I purchased they refused to cancel my tickets. I then asked for a refund of the difference. They refused as Ticket-Center purchased the tickets from a seller. Upon asking for the sellers name I again was refused. Reason? Confidential RIP OFF

This website is a total scam. I went to this site thinking it was the legitimate site to purchase tickets to a college sporting event. Totally got fooled. Shame on me this time. Shame on Ticket-Centers for stealing money from hard working people.

I purchased orchestra tickets however when i recieve those tickets in my email, Which you have to confirm to see them, I noticed that not only was I not in the orchestra but I was put in the farthest seats back. Those seats that I paid for were $380, when I requested a refund, they refused. Save your aggrivation and stress and dont bother purchasing from them! You will lose your money.

I got scammed by Ticket-Center.com. I paid a much higher price than I should have (on Ticketmaster and other sites), and when I called them to ask for my tickets asap, after my schedule changed and I'm now unable to attend the show, they told me they won't send them until 2 days before the show because the tickets are on "delivery delay". Total scam. I will never buy from this reseller again.

If I could give them negative stars I would. They sold me so-called tickets to Disturbed. Added extra fees so it cost more than ticketmaster if you can believe that. Then said they would e-mail the tickets just before the concert. Of course never got the e-mail so I bought lawn tickets through ticketmaster. They crooked me for $250. DO NOT USE THESES CROOKS.

Ticket center.com is very misleading website I purchased concert tickets recently and thought I was buying from ticket master but ticket center is a resale website charges way to much and has no refund policy! Big ripoff would highly NOT recommend! Ugh!

Was trying to get back to normal life after the fires devastated our community only to find out this company quadrupled prices. Tried to get a refund. No refund policy. So terrible

This company makes it look like you are ordering from the venue itself. Shows you a service fee of $8 which sounds reasonable. Sends an email where you can download your ticket NEVER SHOWING that on top of a reasonable service fee (which in turn is now called a delivery fee) adds a SERVICE FEE (Never mentioned and never shown in email until you call and cannot cancel) of $34 THIRTY-FOUR DOLLARS EXTRA PLUS DELIVERY FEE OF $8 bring it to a total of $42 EXTRA DOLLARS PAID for a ticket! Dispicable company! BEWARE! I'm waiting for it to post to my credit card company so I can dispute the charges!

The event I purchased a ticket for was rescheduled to a day earlier due to forecasted severe weather. I could not be at the event on the day of the rescheduled event. I called Ticket Center and explained my situation at they said they would not provide a refund since the event was not cancelled - only rescheduled. They said I could resell the ticket on another site or give it to a family member or friend. Absolutely unacceptable. So, I am out $160.50 as I could not be at the event on the day it was rescheduled to. They played lawyer with me starting that if the event was cancelled I would have received a refund, but since it was only rescheduled to another day they are not obligated to refund me. For all intents and purposes, the event was cancelled for me. Please don't use Ticket Center.

We paid $491.00 for Peter Frampton concert. We never received our tickets. Spoke to several customer service representatives and they were not helpful.

Tickets for a Detroit sporting event were ordered and paid for via online Ticket Center one month before event.
Ticket Center did not email me the tickets as they said they would on the day before event.
After speaking with at least 6 different Ticket City agents, beginning on the promised day of reneged disbursement ( one day before event) and into hours before the scheduled event, they cancelled my order.
They however, reissued the tickets four hours before the event, when it was too late for my out of town guests to make it to the event.
The company refused to refund me even though they did not meet their agreed upon transaction of emailing the tickets the day before the event.
Some people have had success with this site, while many have not. I recommend that you do not use this site and save yourself stress.

I purchased 4 tickets to a concert at what appeared to be face value of $46.00. I thought that the total would be around $200. The actual total was $813 after they added additional fees. Groups like this shouldn't be in business.

Don't use them!
They are selling you the tickets at 3 times the price. Pure cheating!

On August 4,2023, I clicked on an apparent old website for the Tourist Minor league team tickets that directed me to Ticket Center. I thought nothing of it. I came from an expensive area so ordering tickets for $87.55 a seat didn't seem unusual. Ticket Center sent detailed instructions to obtain the bar code that didn't work because I wasn't on the correct website even though it had the Tourist logo. I called the stadium and learned that the website I was using was old, ticket center was third party (I thought that was the only way to purchase tickets) and the seat I ordered actually cost $17.50. I contacted Ticket Center and they refused to refund my ticket and I filed a dispute with my credit card.

This site positions itself like the official seller but don't be fooled. It's a third part that takes no responsibility for anything except taking your money. Not only was I unable to cancel an order that was made in error (right after purchase) but my tickets (once I received them months later) were triple the face value for tickets that were not in demand and still available on the arena site. Customer service is no help and there is no ability to ladder up a claim or issue. No accountability whatsoever.

I bought tickets from this website, I had some issues with the tickets. Their customer service is horrible, non existent and rude.

If you are unlucky enough to find yourself in this website, don't walk, run as fast as you can.
