I had an issue with an item I purchased, didn't work out initially but I have decided that I'd give them a second chance because their outstanding customer service. Things happen and this company to really seems to be concerned and on top of the quality control of their items. Bravo

Amazing!

I have ordered from Three bird nest three different times now. My first order came the date that it was estimated to come and my two other orders actually came a couple days earlier than their estimated shipping time. Everything I have ordered from there is absolutely gorgeous and perfect quality. I highly recommend shopping here.

Costly

Love the clothes, however price was in US dollars not Canadian and I was unaware of duties and taxes that I had to pay. Then my items went on sale a short time after my purchase. Probably would not have bought if I new what the finally cost was going to be.

Ok clothes, expensive returns

I ended up sending everything back, the clothes were ok but medium quality for the price and not as vibrant as the online photos. I would have been ok with that but the return shipping deduction ended up being almost $15, which is too much for me to risk ordering again.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT QUALITY

Stay away from this company. I rarely leave negative reviews but felt compelled to after receiving my items. I ordered two scarves, both shed like CRAZY. Worse than having a pet. Pieces of fluff stuck all over your clothes. I thought it would improve after washing but it seems to have gotten worse. Extremely disappointing given their prices.

Reached out because I noted that my Canadian shipping was expensive. I appreciate their attention. The Cost nearly doubled with shipping but is free if the order tops $100. That's decent. I just st kinda wish sites would have notes saying "shipping can be notable, but if over 100 its free."

Purchased a kimono that fell apart at the seams, literally, the first time I put it on. Would not refund my money, only offered store credit and only for half of what I spent. Then they somehow blocked all my comments from showing up on their Facebook as well as their Instagram, without me being aware. It would show that I had left the comment, and it could be seen when logged in to my account, but not if you looked from anyone else's.

So disappointed with this company! The items I received come in cheap plastic bags, are such poor quality, and made in china. The items are paper thin and don't worth a fraction of what I paid. Their hats are just tossed in the box, nothing to protect them, no label, smashed and dirty. Now after seeing I can only get store credit and have to pay for return shipping as well and a restock fee, I'll just donate this stuff because they don't deserve anymore of my money.

Do not be fooled by the cute boho pictures of clothing on their website. The items you will purchase will come vacuum packed in a very cheap plastic with Chinese writing all over the bags. The items will also appear nothing close to what was advertised online. Some of the clothing I received didn't even have tags on it and appeared to have already been worn. Once you make the decision to return ALL the items you've ordered, you'll be shocked to find out that you only receive a store credit, you must pay shipping and a restocking fee. You will end up with under half of the amount you spent on the clothes. It has been over a month since I returned my items and I haven't been credited back. The customer service emails are a joke. This website is a complete rip off. Save your money for a company that understands customer service and quality in its products.

I ordered a jumpsuit and it came in the wrong color. When I first contacted them they said they would refund it because the item was sold out. Two weeks later when I asked how long before I receive my refund I was told that I had in fact receive the correct one and they would not refund me but if I wanted to pay for shipping and mail it back I could have a 50% credit. I can tell the difference between Charcoal and navy blue. I am very unhappy.

Cute stuff but too long of too big

I love this site they have really cute clothes but for someone who's curvy & on the short size I've learned I can only get certain things from here which is sad but story of my life. The pants fit but they're made for taller people over 5'7. The sunset tunics too is my favorite but the oversized fit is way too oversized and makes me look like a box or a potato with no shape lol. If I were taller I could pull it off but I don't have enough leg lol wish it were different.

When I had an issue with the shipment of my clothing order, Three Bird Nest was quick to respond. They made the whole reorder and replacement process so easy, and when one of my items was sold out after lost in shipping, they were kind enough to make some suggestions and help me find great alternatives. The staff was so sweet and kind, and to top it off, all the clothes I've ever bought from them have looked great. Would recommend to anyone

I've placed three separate orders over the past few months with Three Bird Nest and have been very happy. I received the right products, they looked like the photos, the measurements listed online seem to be very correct - everything has fit as I thought it would, which is great because it always worries me when I order clothes I can't try on. And I'm at the top of their sizes, a large or xl and a 14 or l/xl in other brands. The clothes are not super high quality, but I watch for good sales and then a top or skirt or wrap for $20-$30 is a totally reasonable if not even a bargain for their clothes.

Super cute boho clothing for any age!

Overall we're happy with our order. I bought some items for my teenage daughter and a few for my self. All of the items we ordered fit great. My daughter is 5'7" and 105 lbs and XS-S and I'm 5'9" and weigh 160 and a L fit us perfectly. The only constructive criticism is the order took longer than expected though it was during the holiday season and we live on the east coast. Also the black flare yoga pants were made of really thin material and we live in the mountains. They will be perfect for spring/summer wear though. Even with the very minor issues we still really love your clothes and we definitely plan on ordering more clothes very soon. Definitely recommended for adorable and comfortable boho clothing.

Processing Fee?

I returned the top to three bird nest because it was huge. Did they charged me $9.85 for a processing fee. Seriously? I have ordered from many, many companies in my 73 years of life and have never once been charged with a processing fee. Is that how you make your money these days three bird nest. Shame on you. That is not right in any way shape or form and I will never ever order a thing from your company again. Look deeper.

Black halter maxi

I purchased the black halter maxi with crochet trim in a size medium. To be clear I am more like a large and this dress was so big on me. 3 bird nest doesn't help with returns whatsoever so I had to mail it back at my own expense. I would have purchased one in a small but the return hassle made me not bother.

Disappointed

While their online customer support responds timely, there is no resolution offered to me regarding the three issues that I have experienced with the company/products. That is 3 out of 4 purchases.
The shirt is so off of the mark with the size, a medium that looks like it should be a XL - no exchange they said.
The cute "cozy jumpsuit" - I ordered 2. Love the style but the pilling after 1 wash is unacceptable. They told me to hand wash, air dry which is fine IF the garment said that anywhere or had an inserted card in the shipment. They told me it is stated this on the website.
I asked for the 2 to be replaced since they are brand new and look like they are years old with 1 gentle wash/gentle dry. They said no.
BUYER BEWARE. I wont be back.
I really liked the products but I won't be back.
Three issues and sorry we can't do anything is ridiculous and very poor policy.

Great quality clothing

Love all the clothes I've ordered, and the sales make from some pretty decent prices for great quality of materials. My only qualm is shipping time. My 1st order I received within a week which was great, but my second time ordering it was almost a month before receiving my items.

Expensive duty charges!

I was so excited about my purchases but they took a really long time to arrive. When they did the duty charges were $60! For two items already purchased in USD I had to send them back and did not pay the duty fees. Better shipping to Canada is a must!
