Three Bird Nest

After a month of not receiving it I contacted customer service to find out what was going on. The agent seemed indifferent. I guess you pretty much have to pay for shipping insurance if you actually want to get your package. It seems like they use really cheap shipping services which is funny because the clothes definitely aren't cheap. I was really excited to try this brand but that didn't happen. Oh well! Never going to know.

I bought a cute romper, saved it for a special event and about three hours in (first time wearing) noticed there was a hole in the seam of the outfit. The outfit was too long on me and was dragging so the bottom was dirty by the time I got home (this is why I never contacted support because I didn't feel right sending back a worn romper). I will just attempt to hand sew it. But overall dissatisfied worth the quality.

I am extremely happy with the clothes that I've purchased from this company. The shipping was very quick as well. The material is wonderful and not thin and cruddy. I really love the outfit of the week they have because it's such a great deal! I have finally found a place to get pants long enough and so flattering! Thank you for making me feel so good!

One of my items came as the wrong size and customer service was great in getting it corrected with no effort on my part. My only complaint is how long it took to get orders. I'm sure a lot of it is out of their hands though. Will definitely buy from here ahain

My ordered item was great when it finally arrived. I shop online a lot and I remember I ordered some dresses from other sites after I had ordered my item from three bird nest and they arrived long time before this item did. I was I formed shipping was delayed but I didn't really understand why when I've not had delays lately with anywhere else. It took I think close to 3 weeks to arrive or more. They were very communicative about the delay.

There's quite a few things that I purchased. I like most of them. It was 2 particular items that I purchased that I really did not care for. The print looked beautiful in the pictures and then I get it and it was cheap looking material. I kept them because I didn't want to go through returning them, etc. My time is too valuable, but I definitely have learned a lesson to not buy too many printed things from them because it doesn't look like the picture.so now I look at mainly soils colors.

I loved just about everything I got. However one item did not fit and when I went to try and return it said it was not eligible for return. This is very disappointing as it cost 40 dollars that I am just losing. This is unfortunately enough to cause to no longer shop here as I have a hard time finding things that fit me right and it's a gamble I won't take again if I can't be guaranteed to get my money back when an item does not fit.

The black Wren is sooo pretty but I received my first order with unfinished seams and a small rip. I emailed customer service and they were super amazing, sent me a replacement. However, the replacement is exactly the same. They have offered to replace the second defective black Wren or give me a full refund, so you can definitely feel comfortable to buy your clothing from this company. They want their customers to be happy and taken care of.

Hi, I purchased two kimonos & love both! I already knew I loved the green ombré one because I bought the pink from a different boutique. Three Bird Nest's had a kimono sale & I had to scoop another up! :) Shipping was right on time — and with everything going on with shipping delays, I thought it was quicker than other boutiques. The communication has been excellent & I've never seen a shop send a follow-up email — so considerate! Thanks!

I love Three Bird Nest! I will definitely be shopping from here again. The colors of my kimono are so colorful and vibrant just like on the website. It's awesome! I get compliments every time I wear it!

I had a good overall experience shopping with this business. The clothes were exactly as described and fit perfectly. I got a dress, a skirt and a top. The quality is what I would expect with the price point. Not top quality, but definitely not cheap either. I really like what I ordered and can't wait to wear it. The only drag which will make me hesitate from shopping again are the duties added to get to Canada. It was almost the same cost as one item!

Was surprised to find prices in US funds. Not well disclosed on site. Also had to pay import taxes on items.
Sizing bigger than described. All items ordered were too big. Except a bralette that's was sent in the wrong size. Other than that items are good quality.

Everything I have received has been exactly how described and pictured. The orders are received even earlier than expected and ship fast. Everything fits just right! I have been very satisfied with all of my Three Bird Nest purchases!

I'm a 36 DDD, size 12/14, and I'm amazed it fits and supports my girls. The fabric is thick, not flimsy, absorbs sweat and doesn't stretch out during wear. I absolutely love mine. I'd buy more but they sold out of my size 1x.

My package was delivered quickly, despite some delays with carrier services these days. The duster I ordered was gorgeous, just as it was in the picture! I've ordered from TBN quite a few times now, and I've never been disappointed

I have always had a good experience with this boutique. One time I didn't have an option for expedited shipping but needed the clothing for a vacation I was taking I reached out and they shipped it to me expedited anyway due to being a good customer. That is amazing!

The style of this dress is cut wide but ended up fitting nicely on a larger frame, 5'1" young teenager. I originally bought it for someone else who was the same height but smaller and under 100 lbs. And at the time, I sent the seller a request for a refund, which they said they would honor even though it was a final sale item. But after some consideration, I decided to keep the dress because it ended up fitting someone else I hadn't thought of at the beginning.
