Very easy and pleasant to work with. Met my expectations and beyond. No postage necessary to send your device. They let you know step by step the whole way and they get the payment to you very quickly one your device is inspected. By far easier and better to deal with than there competitors. Hands down. Will definitely be using The Whiz again in the near future!
There needs to be more choices on the type of phone we are wanting to sell. At first I was going to receive $140 for what I thought was a iPhone 13 plus but it only gave the option of broken screen and it didn't have a broken screen. The screen was loose and didn't power on but yet there was no choice to choose that. So I sent the phone anyway. When I got the email it only offered me $20 for my iPhone 11 plus with no cracks. The screen was loose and didn't power on which i mentioned that. Since it didn't power on there was no way of me know what type of phone it was.

I've used this company 5 or 6 times now I think. Never any issues with payment or disputing of condition, etc. if there is any sort of delay they've contacted me right away to let me know what it is, why it happened, and when I can expect follow up.
Great company as far as I'm concerned
I usually sell devices that still have payment plans associated with them. I do continue to pay on them I just use the funds for new devices.

Did my research online before I decided to sell my used phone to Whiz Cell. Mainly because their offered price is better than most other similar services. After placing my order, I received their prepaid return package in a week. I received their confirmation with 24 hours after they received and inspected my phone. In 4 days I received a check in the mail ( my preferred method of payment). Since this was my first time using their service, I had my initial concerns. But the whole process proves they are professional and legit.

We have been telling you the process via email & have been in contact with several times regarding your issue but you would not read the entire email. It is no fault of ours that your bank does not accept Instant Bank Transfers. Your situation was remedied in a timely manner & you were paid as agreed upon.

The Whiz gave accurate cell phone buy price and did not low balls me after receiving the phone. Got my Amazon gift card via e-mail same day and was able to buy stuff on Amazon.
Pays the most and no low balls after shipping them my phone. Plus they provide free shipping lable to their warehouse.
You said my phone was not paid off, when it actually was, years ago. You cut the amount you were willing to pay to almost nothing. Hope this isn't the way you treat all your customers.

I received prompt email responses to questions I had. They were extremely helpful. They paid me exactly what they had quoted me on the same day they received the phone. It was super easy and I am very satisfied. I had read some of the negative reviews that were recently posted, which made me sceptical, and they superseded my expectations. I would highly recommend them!

I feel they robbed me by saying stuff not true about the phone to not give me the amount they said i would get for the phone
The price but they didnt give me the amount they said i would get i only got $55 for the phone that cost more than $200
Our website clearly states that in order to qualify for "Good" condition there can be no screen scratches felt by the fingernail. Your phone was heavily scratched & had several dings on the body.

You sent us a device that was not paid off & our requoted offer that you accepted was clear that the requoted offer was for both devices. Also, we have responded to all of your emails. Check your spam folder.
This was my 2nd experience with Whizz Cells. This time I chose to use my own packaging and receive a pre-paid shipping label. Just as my first experience was amazing, so was the second. I received an email shortly after placing my order providing the shipping label and then on queue I received another email giving me the opportunity to present any questions or issues I might have. I used PayPal for both of my orders and everything went according to their advertised process. I made sure the packaging was proper, charged the devices to 100% just like their process outlined. I placed my sale per the online instructions. I received the shipping bag a few days later via USPS. I shipped it back in the provided bag and received my payment via PayPal. They even reached out to me to provide me with faster alternatives for shipping. Overall a great experience and I will definitely sell more devices to them! Nicely done!

Thank you for the review. Our website clearly states that to qualify for Cracked Glass price, everything but the glass must be in Good condition. Anything else is considered Broken condition.
