The Whiz Cells

I filled out the form for a OnePlus 9 Pro 5G and I entered information according to the options presented to me. I was supposed to get about $170, which I used towards a new phone, and it was fine to me. When the Whiz received it, they docked $100 through no fault of my own. They need to update their options so we don't expect more and have a bad experience, like I did.

Quick and easy. Everything went smoothly and extremely quickly. Very satisfied with The Whiz Cells. Would highly recommend.

The process was transparent and the information was all accurate. I was paid (the amount that was offered) within the same day that the phone arrived to The Whiz Cells. I was able to track the phone throughout the process. Transferring the funds to my debit card was easy and almost instant. Thank you for being true to your words and operating above all expectations.

I filled out the quote on the website and was quoted $105 for an iPad. After they received it, they adjusted the quote to $70 and said it had scratches. The option choses online was Good -- Few Light Scratches. The next option is Cracked Glass. There's nothing in between. Their explanation was they were changing the quote so they could turn a profit after repairing the device. I feel that should have been made clear on the initial quote or the website updated to reflect the correct pricing.

Wasn't sure what to expect from a company I've never worked with before. I was pleasantly surprised. The process was straight forward, the email with the QR code easy to find, and the email response that they received my phone and how to access my chosen payment method (gift card) was clear. I would definitely use them in the future, should I have any phone selling needs.

I sent phones to Whizcells and a competitor to judge which service was better. I am still waiting to hear back from the other company and I got my payment from Whizcells days ago. No hassles. Paid what they quoted. Would definitely do business with them again.

They were honest and patient with my questions. Representative responded very quickly to my concerns. Was polite and dedicated in responses and resolve of issues. Will use service in future.

Awesome! Time Saving! No Scams where you have to purchase something from them in order to make the transaction happen. And it was very fast they paid me on a Saturday.

I sent in a very good condition iPhone 12 and was quoted $140 online. Sent it in and they came back with an offer of $70. I took the offer as I suppose most would after going through the trouble of sending it in. In hindsight… I would have just sold in FB marketplace.

Whiz Cells were amazing! I was able to print my shipping label from home to mail. As soon as the item was received my money was deposited into my paypal account. Very easy and quick to do!

As always, they pay out very quickly when they receive the device, though they may want to update the verbiage on their website. It seemed like they processed Payment seven days a week when they do not work on weekends. They received my shipment on a Saturday morning And I emailed for a status and they said that they do not process on weekends. Which is not exactly advertised on their website. So I was stuck waiting for it until early Monday afternoon. Beyond that they have always been great and very quick to take care of it. Always take the option to deliver your own package.

Bad business all the way around the board and quick to give you an excuse people don't waste of time cuz they're changing narrative at the last moment with classic word play and bullshixx
