The dimensions listed for bracelet are deceiving. They quote the entre length of bracelet instead of wearable length. It was listed as 8.5" but the wearable length was 8.25". The.25" makes a difference, it's tight on my husbands wrist. The listed the width at 13mm, that's for the clasp, not the links. Feel ripped off as this was a Christmas gift for my husband.

This website and all things about this company is awful. I got a bracelet that came 3! Weeks late! And it was too small and they didn't have any accommodations or said they can't help me with an engraved piece. The bracelet was for my anniversary and it arrived wa past the time they said it took to get it. I would have found a way to fix it to make it bigger but they gave no disclaimer or information on what happens if the jewelry doesn't fit. They don't care about their clients s and I'll never buy here again. I hope they go out of business…

Ordered the evil eye bracelet for my husband... he LOVED it! FLAWLESS! Such a well made piece and the box it came in was absolutely lovely as well! Shipping?! I mean wow! I ordered a second braided black after the first one was damaged and they changed the design of the clasp so that now it's difficult to get on and is slightly bent. Filed warranty claim but unable to get replacement since they can't the damage in the photos. The first bracelet lasted for over a year in near perfect condition but the new version only a months

Ordered two chains and paid additional for engraving. The chains shipped quickly and were received with no problems. However they were not engraved. I reached out to the website, who has a very quick response time, but they only will refund one of the two $14(with tax) engraving fees because I purchased during a Black Friday promotion. They're shorting me $6 which I know is an inconsequential amount but how many people are getting shafted because engraving? I don't recommend

I purchased a bracelet as a gift, decided to pay extra for the engraving that turned out horrible and ruined the bracelet. It looks nothing like the preview I was shown before purchasing. After contacting them they say it's how it's supposed to be and will do noting to fix the problem.

I bought a dog tag for my husband for my birthday. When it arrived it looked like a necklace for a child. It's almost half the size of a normal dog tag. I paid $120 and I am so disappointed. Do not buy from the steel shop!

Emailed them within 30 mins of ordering saying I needed a simple length change.

Didn't respond to me until after they shipped it saying it was too late.

I guess I just bought an overpriced paperweight because they don't check their email.

I placed an order for a chain with a coupon code, immediately went to cancel the order because I remembered i had a better coupon code, however the site DOES NOT let you cancel orders once they are placed. I instead immediately messaged customer service to cancel the order for me and placed another order with the better coupon, however customer service on this site is AWFUL, as the site continuously said there customer service chat was online and offline inconsistently. By the time they actually replied DAYS later, the order i wanted to cancel got shipped out to me and was already almost delivered. They now do not want to reimburse me for their expensive return shipping and im losing out on $25 to ship it back to them, not to mention i had just paid another $25 to return and exchange chains from them in a previous order just a few weeks ago. So beyond frustrating and disrespectful. On top of this, they also censor negative reviews about the quality of their products and only post positive ones! Reviewed how I didn't like one chain, never went up on their site. Reviewed how i liked another chain and the review was up on their site the next day.

Ordered a different size and color than what they sent me. They were extremely slow getting back to me and basically said too bad. Wouldn't deal with these guys again.

Absolutely horrific and devastating experience. I just lost my grandfather who I was extremely close to. After searching high and low for the perfect Urn necklace I decided to choose The Steel Shop because they claim to use steel. I'm allergic to everything but steel when it comes to jewelry. I had it engraved with "Grandpa" on the side of it. Once it arrive I put it on and within 15 minutes I broke out in a huge rash, a terrible allergic reaction. This is not true steel. Don't waste your money if you think it is. Decpite their deceiving title and my email calling them out on it they refused to offer any refund for return of the product so I could find something else I could actually wear. They had zero compassion for the situation and only offered 20% off of another purchase. I can't order from them when their product isn't what it says it is. I don't reccomend this to anybody. They couldn't even be bothered to respond to my email after they told me they couldn't refund it. This company is a joke and they lie about their product. I will continue to find every way to out them so they know what they're doing is wrong. Especially given my circumstances.

Purchased Mens Bracelet. In just over 30 Days the snap lock clasp failed. Lost an $80 Bracelet. Poor quality clasp. Will not purchase again
