Much like the other reviews I just read, I bought a bark collar and 4 replacement batteries and my credit card was immediately charged for the merchandise. A week later I still had not received an email confirmation of shipment (did get an order confirmation) so I emailed customer service after I could not 'live chat' with someone. Never heard back. A week after that I called left a message and sent another email requesting some feedback. Nothing. I am not wasting anymore time. I am calling my credit card company to see what steps I have to take to get my money back. I will probably go further and report elsewhere too.
Do not ever order anything from this website.
I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered my merchandise with the understanding that it would shipped the next day. Two weeks and several phone calls later, I was told that the item was on back order and would be shipped the next day. A week later, still nothing. I made several calls to customer service that were never answered, and my messages were not returned. I did manage to get a hold of customer server via their online chat a few times and cancelled the order. Another week passed and I still hadn't received confirmation of the cancellation, and when I called back I was told that the cancellation had never been submitted.
Never again will I shop with this company, worst customer service experience I have ever received.
I ordered a training collar and after a month I never received it. I called and they said they would issue a credit. I didn't receive that either! After calling and emailing for weeks I never got an answer. When I called a constant loop of the menu options and "please wait while your called is transferred" was all that I got. Finally I figured it out and called from another phone and amazingly I got through. I complained to a "manager" and was assured they would issue it to me. When I called a week later from the other phone I got the constant loop again. Only after reporting it as fraud, I received my money back. I don't know how a business can continue to run under these circumstances. I reported it to the BBB and found out they had many reports on this "company" but they couldn't do much about it. I wish i would have read the reviews on them before I wasted my time.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - they will charge your account immediately and never ship your merchandise. You cannot contact them by phone or email, because they do not answer either one. There are many other pet supply companies that will actually ship your order promptly, provide for easy returns, and actually respond when you call them with questions or problems. This is not a reputable business.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I placed an order for a pet training collar on November 9th and still have not received it. I have called, sent email request etc with no return contact. I will be contacting my bank this morning to cancel the order.
I had purchased pedigree dog food by paying ₹3300, 2 months ago. The same has not been delivered till date nor the money refunded
