I love how I can select materials, colors and borders and get a quick look at my product before purchasing it.

Only ordered samples. Not sure they are what i was looking for but it's helpful to be able to buy samples. They made it very easy to order.

This is my 1st time placing a custom order of this type so I am a bit nervous about it fitting the way I want. Hope I do not regret this!

This was a great experience. From the swatch process to the ordering and quick delivery. I love the sisal rug I had made for a stair runner.

Samples came with a measuring guide, tape measure, and additional samples of carpet backers and edging material - very classy!

The rug was very well made, but for the price it should be slip resistant instead of having to pay an additional price for a slip resistant pad.
