Bought 2 items over $400, $70 t-shirt had a hole in the back, would not exchange and offered me a lousy $7 discount for a shirt I cannot wear! Terrible Company!
Ordered 3 items, quality excellent, happy with delivery. 1 item was incorrect. Speedy pick up for return and money landed back in my account in 1 week. I think the service is excellent, but for 1 incorrect item, which was sorted.
I wrote a review early in May after I purchased 3 DVF items through The Outnet. I decided to return one of the items as it was too big (ordered a medium, needed a small). It only took 9 days from when I sent the item back (from Australia to Hong Kong) to when the refund hit my account. Very impressed with the efficiency of this! My only feedback / warning is that the process is a bit clunky. I followed the steps online but wasn't able to create a return through my account, instead I had to email them. They were very responsive and able to create the return on my behalf but I was only given the option to refund rather than exchange the item for the smaller size. I know other people have had issues but I'm happy with the service so far, and given the substantial discount on the clothes, I didn't expect the shopping/return experience to be seamless. People need to factor in the risks and manage their expectations when shopping through The Outnet. You can get amazing deals but you take a risk too.
The complaint process was handled exceptionally well after an item had been cancelled. Communication, via email, was fast, and the refund to my account was almost immediate. On this occasion, the Outnet were also able to advise me when the item was back in stock, and I was able to receive my item after all - at a discounted price. I am very satisfied with the service. AP.
I would give a zero star. I brought a Prada coat with promotion code. The outnet cancelled my order and said something goes wrong with my payment or my delivery detail. I double checked my bank transaction detail and it appears the payment has been taken, all the information is correct.
Then I try to brought that coat again, the promotion code cannot apply in this coat. Finally I understand they just don't want to sell me at a extra discount. Could U please tell me if you don't want me use the promotion code why I successfully applied the code and completed the payment when I first ordered this coat? I really don't want to say your website is doggy, but appearently you are!
It is a realy bad and disgusting shopping experience I ever have. This web totally don't care about their customers and reputation!
Delivery promised on the Monday, emails promising on UPS trucks Monday, Wednesday and Friday! I called them on Thursday and they said no way is it coming today but Friday! Ten minutes later it came - Thursday! UPS didn't know when it was coming and the OUtnet simply didn't care one way or the other. They are awful people. I know we are all in lockdown but expecting a person to stay in for a promised delivery three full days in a week is outrageous
I've had a good experience so far as a first time buyer through The Outnet. I purchased 3 items from the Diane Von Furstenburg collection (note - I'm currently on the bigger side of an AU/UK size 10 and have found the DVF size Medium still a bit loose, so I'd recommend ordering a size down) which arrived 2 weeks after I ordered online. It took a while for the company to process my order and in fact my credit card wasn't charged until 10 days after I made the order - and after the items had been shipped! Nevertheless, when I emailed Customer Service to check on the order, they responded very quickly and were helpful and polite. I was able to track my order easily enough and it took about 6 days for it to be sent from Hong Kong to Melbourne (via Alaska, California and Hawai'i). I've decided to return the DVF top I ordered in medium and exchange it for a size small instead, so I'll write a review again after that process. The buying experience was a bit clunky but overall I'm a happy customer!
I'm really in chock. I've been a loyal customer for many many years. In January 2020, I made a big order and I also refunded a lot back to them. The Outnet received all the clothes back - and I was supposed to get a refund to my credit card, of course.
However, I still did not get any refund and they cannot provide me proper proof that they did the refund. It's more than 3,000 euro. A LOT of money.
I really hope they will step up and do the refund, but so far I really doubt.
So I you are planning to buy from them - don't expect to get your refund for clothes that you refund!
I was hesitant to order after reading all the bad reviews, but considering the item that i want is half price with a good value, I pressed the purchase button crossed fingers. I added cost for the express delivery to get it quick and it took them only 2 days for delivery, i checked the item and i was amazed with their packaging and the item is perfect, no defect, no flaws, it is the same as the picture on their site and most importantly, it is authentic! Thanks outnet, you did not disappoint me. :)
I've ordered from Outnet occasionally through the years with no issues. However, I recently ordered a pair of Tod's high heeled boots with a defective zipper mechanism and Outnet refuses to accept the unworn boots for return. I emailed Outnet immediately upon receipt and did not get a response so I called and spoke with the rep who asked me to send a video as proof of the defective zipper. Upon their review of the video I was informed the zipper was not defective and I should hold the leather together to keep the zipper from catching. The leather is not catching at all; the zipper is defective. I am a seasoned professional and discriminating shopper; I am highly offended by the suggestion I would not know when a zipper mechanism is defective. I own many pairs of high end designer shoes and in 10 years I may have encountered one pair that had a defect, which does occasionally happen. (I tried on that pair in store and the retailer immediately confirmed the defect and I purchased a fault free pair in store). In this instance, my video clearly shows that the zipper does not work smoothly and gets stuck along the track (low quality in my opinion). I am fearful the zipper pull and/or zipper itself will eventually break. Final Sale should not infer a risk of purchasing a defective product. If you want to take a risk on final sale items and potentially lose your money, go for it, but I'd strongly suggest otherwise.

THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER REPUTABLE WEBSITES TO DO BUSINESS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
THEY TURN YOUR HAPPY MOMENT INTO A DISASTER...
THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STAR.
They are absolutely useless. I ordered some items, which were all awful and so I had to return them. I booked a courier collection as advised on their website, waited in all day and no courier turned up. When I contacted them they advised me that they did not allow Saturday collections (their website does not say this, and the DHL website allows you to book your collection for Saturdays). I contacted their customer service to voice my annoyance of wasting a whole day waiting for a courier that did not turn up. Their customer service was completely useless and unhelpful. It's not worth the hassle, I won't be ordering anything from them again.
I saw a couple of dresses that I liked, which were new arrivals to the Outnet. I put the dresses in my wish list. Went back the next day and the prices had increased by AED 5000 ( which is about £1000) and the other dress by AED 3000 ( which is about £600) with no explanation why.
I contacted them and they said the price was correct.
How can this be a discount website when the prices have no reduction and are infact more expensive than the full prices dresses on a net a porter
I just got off the phone with a fellow staff at the Outnet. He could not have been more helpful or kinder.
This morning almost 10 am Tuesday of August 27th, 2019, I ordered an item at the Outnet Online--via a connection through Town&Country website.
An hour later, I reopened and tried to order another item.
Somehow, this time "the access was denied--no matter how often I tried again".
I decided to call the Outnet 888 number and the fellow gentleman helped me locate the item, place the order, and so forth by twelve noon of the same day.
I talked on the phone with many customer-service people from so many places, this gentleman from the Outnet is among the best. He was very polite and professional.
Thank you kindly for the wonderful assistance. Sincerely from Tanintara
SCAMMERS- they take your money & never hear from them again! Do not waste your money and time! All fake including "customer support"... lol
I ordered for the first time from The Outnet with some trepidation after reading many of the reviews. However, there was a bag on sale that I could not find anywhere else. I called customer service with some questions and to see how easy or difficult it was to reach them. I got through on the first try and while I would not say she was the warmest person in the world, she was professional and answered all my questions. I asked her if the item would be new, in pristine condition, and well-packaged and she assured me it would be and added that all their items are authentic. I also asked for clarification about their return policy.
I promptly received a confirmation email shortly after placing the order (July 9th) and then a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the following day, July 10th. I chose to forgo signing for the package so it could be left at my door. It arrived on July 16th. (I'm in California.)
The bag was packaged in a sturdy box and surrounded by tissue paper and paper padding. The hardware on the bag had protective coverings; the original tags were attached and an authentication card was inside the purse.
The bag is gorgeous and I couldn't be happier. I would order from The Outnet again.
Stay away from the Outnet! They're uncontactable! Their phone doesn't work. Don't bother sending emails. They just don't respond. Worst website EVER!
Was in doubt about dress size, always in between 6 and 8, called them and their assistant helped me out right away! In less than 5 min I've completed my purchase - couldn't be better!
Worst customer service ever. I had an issue with an order and called the customer care center. The customer care line does not answer calls. It simply passes on your number and they never call back. I called back after an 8 hour wait. I was told someone would call me back. When I asked to speak to someone they said they would call me back. I refused to hang up I was put on hold for 40 minutes. They pretended to find a manager but what they really did was put me on speaker phone and laughed. I still have yet to have someone phone me back.
Was able to view the website but got block as soon as you click "return "! Says denies access! How funny
Answer: Yes. U cannot sell used, none branded products and advertise u are a registered dealer and all items are shipped in original designer packaging when they are not. It's called bait and switch and it is FRAUD!
Answer: Idk. They come without the correct packaging and several comments suggest manufacturer defects that lessen the product value upon inspection. I am not a product authenticator.
Answer: They could be authentic but not properly packaged. I suggest the others who comment that it is authentic have not had them checked for defect or other by an authentication expert. I would say buyer beware. The Jimmy Choo boots I received were obviously previously wore so not brand new and did not come with the Choo box, packaging, or tags. Just a pair of boots tossed in a plain white box with a piece of tissue paper.
Answer: NOT POSSIBLE TO RETURN AND EVEN IF YOU SUCCEED YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND
Answer: I cannot answer for all of their handbags, but the one I ordered was definitely authentic.
Answer: My dress from Tory Burch was not. For sure!
