I bought a dress from them for £250. The size was wrong so returned it to them via the returns address on their selling site.
It's taken since August to try and get any information out of them. When I disputed it with PayPal the Outnet claimed it wasn't their address. Their email address doesn't work either and neither does their phone number or customer service contact email. I've lost my money. Don't get caught out. They are a very poor company. Read the negative reviews.
I was buy some things in outnet; it was in way for delivery and already in my country on custom; in these time someone from workers outnet make request to back delivery for Italy( why he do it nobody not explain); after I write outnet mail, I write them in live chat( it one way to speak with them), because other they ignore; I don't receive my order; and nobody even don't try sent it again; Avoid these site because it scammers!
Let me be clear. I absolutely love this site. They have a great trend assortment plus pieces you can't always find on other sites. That is why I was so disappointed when I recently made a return to them to find that I was only partially refunded. When inquired; Outnet replied stating they didn't receive certain items in my return parcel when they were clearly labeled and packaged in the box. Now I'm out over $150 on an item that looked terrible on me and that I didn't even keep. The phrase "the customer is always right" doesn't seem to apply here, and instead I'm losing money for no reason because their returns department doesn't know how to be organized.

I was scammed by then recently. Ordered a $500 Herve Leger dress and received a cheap tank top. When the package arrived it was VERY light (the dress was an Herve Leger so it's quite heavy) and the package was way too small to even hold a dress.-so I videotaped myself opening the package. Spoke to customer service and they had me send it back-got an email them confirming they received it back-yet wouldn't answer any emails when I asked when the dress was going to be shipped. I called repeatedly and would be on hold for 30-60 minutes and then disconnected. I filed a claim with PayPal-and now OUTNET said I sent them back an empty package! The package was sealed AT the UPS store, by a UPS employee under my supervision.
The Outnet sent my $4,000 order to the wrong address, refused to correct it and has taken over 1 month without any refunds. They sent me a new fake tracking number 3 weeks ago and I haven't received any response from them. Absolutely avoid shopping here!
Very fast shipping and gorgeous shoes. I was worried due to the reviews that there would be a problem and that they might be fake, but I'm glad I took the chance. They are authentic. I'll be back for another pair.
They had an additional 30% discount on selected items, there were two items that clearly were marked with the 30% promotion but somehow it wouldn't apply in the cart when I reached out to the company, they took them off of the selection instead of honoring the 30% discount. I don't shop from them often, I sometimes find them a lot more expensive than the current season selections. See photos, for the clearly marked 30% offer, they took it off after my request.
Appalling level of service. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is found and they have an undefined complaints process. Utterly shambolic ‘service'
I received a damage dress, the last one in stock, and enquired about whether they would pay a seamstress invoice to enable me to repair and keep this. They offered a damage refund of 15% which, barely even covered the cost, but after deciding I'd like to proceed with the discount, have been ignored 4 emails and one phonemail later. The guy on the phone literally sounded so shifty and unknowledgeable, he just kept saying "yeah yeah you'll hear today" - so weird and there's definitely something dodgy going on. DO NOT BUY FROM THE OUTNET, OR AT LEAST EXPECT TO SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN.
I have ordered a lot of clothes, bags and shoes to Holland. I always got a refund when I returned items and sometimes I even got an extra discount when the item was lowered in price or if there was an extra discount. I am really surprised that there are so many bad reviews, that is why I write this review. To create a return is quite easy. Just call DHL and they come pick it up. Good service for customers from Holland.
I have not got my refund for 4 returns starting from September. They keep lying to me. Terrible experience. Please stay away from this company. I am going to open a court case against them. Is you are in same situation please contact me - more people better. I am sure we are many. The sun for my 4 returns is more then thousand pounds!
I still had ordered after seeing more negative reviews than positive, that's me taking a gamble guess I was lucky, I wanted these shoes back in 2018 they were over £1,000 so you could imagine my face when I got these for £500. So happy I waited as I'd check from time to time to see if they were lowered and so happy I found this company although I did question if these were authentic which they are, it seems as it's only international customers having this problem I might be wrong but feel bad for everyone that had a negative experience with this company. Ending this review on a good note will definitely be ordering again, most beautiful shoes I've ever owned :)
This site sells high end items which, even at a heavily discounted price, are still expensive. They make promises of quick, easy refunds. They are anything but. There is an absolute lack of transparency and the splitting of the price paid into separate refunds for the item and the tax component of the item is ridiculous.
Also, be very careful if ordering over $1000 of items, they have to charge AU GST - but they don't specifically tell you, it is only when you have checked out and the amount taken is larger than you were expecting. At least if you are going to do a large order, split it into separate ones to avoid this issue.
I may use them again, IF there is the perfect piece at a GREAT price and I am CERTAIN that it will fit and look good. I NEVER want to have to try and return an item to these guys again.
Since I started having my issue, I have seem other reviews of similar responses from the company. I wish I had read them before ordering. Should be noted will also see these guys as Yoox (the parent company which also has Net-A-Porter in their stable)
I ordered 2 items (a bag and a pair of shoes) and because the total reached a certain amount, I was charged tax for them, which I accepted. They canceled the shoes without telling me ahead of time, and proceeded with the sale of the bag. But the tax they charged was for BOTH the shoes and the bag! I've returned the bag with the assurance that they will refund the cost of bag along with the tax they collected. Now they're refusing to refund the tax. Mind you, this is tax for both the bag and shoes--the sale of the shoes did not even push through because they cancelled it themselves. WHAT A SCAM.
I purchased a few items from the Outnet. I generally love this online store for the amazing access to discounted designer products. I've long wanted to try their in-house brand, Iris & Inc. I bit the bullet and sadly had a bad experience! I bought a gorgeous dress which fit perfectly AND I was really happy until I wore it a second time. Just in general wear it tore along the right hand underarm. Not just the outer fabric but the lining too, and I wasn't doing anything strenuous, just in my kitchen doing normal daily cooking. I reached out to them to see if they'd send me another (the dress was on sale and SUPER cheap, so I figured that they might be happy to just replace it). I was also open to a credit or refund, even a decent partial one. They offered me 10% OFF THE SAME ITEM. So basically they expected me to repurchase the same dress but with only 10% off it... I am so sad because I want to love the brand and the company, but this has left a really sour taste. I want to go back again but I'm not sure I will feel confident in their products given this. Had they even given just a 30% credit I would have happily used it on another purchase and just tried to repair the dress (paying to have it done will be almost as expensive as the dress originally cost, it was such a good price haha!). It's not really the money, like I said, it was very cheap and I think I can repair it, but it's about trust in the brand - trusting that when you purchase from an online clothing retailer they a) provide a quality product and b) are super helpful if you have any issues.
Purchased a dress on Dec 8 for NYE to be shipped to JKT and until now (22nd Dec) not yet received! Customer support service level is so poor! Unable to give any information! I asked them to contact UPS to check, so they promised to send me email explaining what's going on, but guess what 3 days after I got nothing from them! Then I had to look for the customer care of UPS in JKT and they were honestly more friendly, more helping at least they sympathize with what the customer is going through (not like the robots of OUTNET customer care who were even irritated that I was complaining)!
Absolute sh** show. If I could give them -2/10 I would, but I can't. Basically, what happened is that I tried placing an order online an evening ago and the money for the order have been taken out my account, quite a good sum I must add, no order to be found anywhere on the website, just like that it doesn't exist, but bare with me - money are paid for it, tried calling the customer service phones provided numerous times, no answer. Only got one flaky email telling me that this is the procedure and the amount will be restored up to 10 days, right. Now, I have stayed on the phone with the fraud and scam team of my bank, as they said the money have been paid to the company... contued writing emails, no answer, tried live chat, technical issue was the problem. Nobody is actually taking responsibilty, nobody is answering, what now? 1 Trust me, STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN! I am going to write this on as many websites as I can, so people can see what type of scum you are
I paid by cash, returned an item because it was too big, they claim that refund was made on 26.09 and I still havent got my money, asked for swift copy to prove it they cant give it, I called to my bank and they dont see any money.
It was a great experience. I got by order right after a few days shipping from HK to Australia.

Answer: Yes. U cannot sell used, none branded products and advertise u are a registered dealer and all items are shipped in original designer packaging when they are not. It's called bait and switch and it is FRAUD!
Answer: Idk. They come without the correct packaging and several comments suggest manufacturer defects that lessen the product value upon inspection. I am not a product authenticator.
Answer: They could be authentic but not properly packaged. I suggest the others who comment that it is authentic have not had them checked for defect or other by an authentication expert. I would say buyer beware. The Jimmy Choo boots I received were obviously previously wore so not brand new and did not come with the Choo box, packaging, or tags. Just a pair of boots tossed in a plain white box with a piece of tissue paper.
