I was having trouble with the Chrome extension. We couldn't find a solution on the chat but agreed to follow up. Very pleased with the communication and support.

I had a bit of a mixed experience, it worked in a few cases but had issues with a lot of the sites Apply4Me tried to automate. The customer support was EXCELLENT though.

I had initial used Ladders when I started my job search but soon found placement. I had a charge on my credit card but contact customer service and they reversed the charge seeing that I had no activity against the account. I will call upon Ladders in the future based on this positive experience.

Great App! Ladders helped me to find a job pretty fast. I was notified when my resume was submitted which kept me on track on the amount of jobs that I applied.

These guys work out of a commercial mail box in Manhattan. No onsite offices or staff to speak of.
Their supposed job "leads" are often months old, and their algorithms spam users with totally irrelevant material.
