(1) Do you really have to require a title for all passengers?
(2) Shouldn't there be choices other than Mr, Mrs, Miss? Especially for people who don't want to disclose a gender or marital status?
(3) If you're going to require this question, then the Edit button to add a title should work... nothing would pop up even after I turned off the popup blocker and reloaded.

So far it has been easy. Very polite person I talked to. Just hope since I ordered tickets early that we have decent seating towards the front and on the isle as requested. Thanks.

We booked a flight through Kayak to Alaska, who then booked us through SmartFares. I was a little confused but so far the experience has been very good. I had a question and contacted customer service at SmartFares and they were very helpful and patient as I tried to correct a mistake I made with travel date. Email confirmation and communication has been good too. Hopefully, the flight day experience will go without a hitch.

It was so easy to apply I'm very excited for my upcoming vacation. What a deal, I just couldn't pass it by. Thank you!🤗

Overall very responsive service. But it could have avoided a few steps if credit card payment was automatically deducted and ticketing process was fully automated. I felt a little unease with this not-so-well-known site.
