Purchased 4 Saxby Alba solar lights at £20.95 to try and install down the drive, having previously bought so many that are useless, thought I would try them first before buying the rest. The instructions were funny for a rechargeable solar light, says do not use rechargeable batteries! Order was slow but fine, free delivery so set about testing the lights, seemed to do the job fine, so went back online to the web site to order the rest, shocked to find they were now £70.99 in a matter of days that had increased in price by £50.00! We all know everything is increasing but this is ridiculous. Will contact the authorities about this.

Contacted this company to negotiate price before buying a quantity of 24 lampshades. Was given a discount code to get 10% off when ordering, but was then charged £9.99 for delivery even though the order was over £100 and therefore qualified for free delivery. Had to e-mail them twice before receiving the response that delivery is charged irrespective of value when a discount code is used. They claimed this is in their terms & conditions, but it isn't. Order was promptly cancelled.
