I do all these surveys and offers and i most of the time don't even get my credits i d sometimes i even do surveys and it stops me right after the second question saying " you earned 10 credits this survey was not a match to you." And sometimes when i get obsessed a true story i did a lot of surveys and then i started not getting credits and then i get obsessed to find other ways to get credits and i do even more minutes then i am supposed to and still don't get my credits its a fake an Frustrating Game only thing good about it is the clothes well most of them

On their website they said paypal transactions works fine, after contacting live support they instruct me to create an account on another money deposit->send site and send them the same amount back in refund?!?! Wanted me to send them another 32 dollars to get back my 32 dollars LOL

I read reviews all the time saying it has never worked but alot say they do so i always buy the cheapest one which is 20k. I have done this twice now. The first time worked had recieved my credits within two hours plus a bonus 4k. After that was when i had read about them makkng attempts to report your account for fraud so the second time i did with a second account. This one worked as well but it took way longer and i felt like i was being scammed at first because the CS kept telling me suppliers were offline or they couldnt find my order number. It worked in the end and i got a bonus 8k. They do take a while to respond and it isnt very professional. But at least they do give them to you

They told me that i needed to purchase again then they will refund. I didn't have any more money so they refused my refund. Also, refused me using PayPal

If you intend on canceling your order you can count on the customer support chat to screw you over by ignoring you're cancellation request. Dont buy from these scam artists

Do not use this service! After I purchased credits using paypal, they did not send it, so I created a paypal dispute request. They asked me to close the dispute before they even process the order. That is pure blackmail

The company that claims they own this website is a fake mailing address based in London, the company Goldicq International Sales Ltd is showing as none trading, the Director of Goldicq International Sales LTD is a Mr Kebin Zhang who lives in Shanghai. The website is hosted by GODADDY under restricted whois information. Paypal do NOT protect you under these purchases for virtual items. STAY WELL AWAY... scam scam scam...

I bought imvu credits and never received them and I've been waiting for 4 days and I want my money back. It took money out of my credit card and never gave me credits.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM.

I bought 20,000 credits from them just to see if they worked and after about an hour the credits came through to my account. I then bought 20,000 more credits for my brother's account and it came also. Then the next day, the credits from my first account disappeared and I messaged IMVU about it and they said that the person who gave me the credits in the first place is the same person who asked for the credits back (as it was a transfer) so then I messaged them constantly until they sent me my 20,000 credits (which they only did because I accused them of being scammers) then the day after that IMVU deleted my brother's account and they said it was because someone had reported his account as fraud.

Do not buy from these people, you will regret it

I ordered 100k + 10% credits off my debit card using paypal at a GREAT deal price $36.58 (I got 110K imvu credits). It took a good 7 hours for me to get the credits. At first I was very skeptical of the site especially after reading these reviews but I paid prior to reading the reviews here. I am a bargain credit shopper (bargain anything really). To me it didn't matter as long as I got the credits within the first 24 hours... and I DID (about 7 hours). The people on their phone line do have an accent. But their chat was fast. I did decline giving my IMVU password so they sent my credits in increments from different SNs (they never went into my account) I only gave them my SN and email/phone (plu whatever is done on paypal). Either way I got my credits contrary to all the other reviews I see here as in terms of the site. Pros CHEAP, DO GET CREDITS Cons TAKES MORE TIME THAN SOME OTHER SITES, DIDNT EXPLAIN WELL HOW CREDITS WOULD BE GIVEN AHEAD F TIME WHICH LEAD ME TO BE SCARED FOR HOURS... All together I am happy I got my cheap credits and wasn't a scam.

This website is a scam I waited over and hour and still no credits I chat with someone live by the name of carl and all I keep getting is they are working on it then this mother$#*!er gone ask for my aviator name and password so I give him a fake one and still I have not got my $#*! I paid $21.81 guys don't waste your time cause this is a cam now I got to call my credit card to cancle any crzy purches smh

Stay away from this site and if you happen to read this late. Tell them that you will file to paypal and wither they do it or not you can get your money back or better yet help get the website pulled down for false advertising.

But hey, they give it and at a farrrrr cheaper price. The customer service was very good as it was 24/7 and I do not work for them and it was my first time purchasing it. But it gave me what I wanted + 4k so I'm not complaining :)

This is a scam site, DO NOT BUY from this site. I bought credit from this site about $40 worth they also asked me for my password and character's name I gave it. Then I was told the credit will be in my account I checked nothing was there my account gone. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. My account gone and my money too.

It took much too long to receive them. I was so nervous I wouldn't get them but I did.

My account was banned so... Just a little warning. It's real but you're going to get banned.

IT IS A SCAM! NOBODY USE IT. LUCKILY I ONLY SPENT $11 THROUGH PAYPAL BUT, I GOT MY MONEY BACK WITHIN 30 MINUTES BECAUSE I THREATENED TO OPEN A CASE WITH PAYPAL (AND I DID JUST IN CASE I NEVER GOT MY REFUND) THE PEOPLE THAT USE IT ARE ABSOLUTELY CRAZY!

I feel stupid for not reading the reviews about this site before I made a purchase because once I did everything right and went through the payment process through PayPal and was bought back to the site it said payment success so I went to the live chat and they told me the payment couldn't be made due to some type of problem they have and once their manger comes in I will get a refund because they cant give me one only the manger can so they told me wait 7 hours from which I did wait from 11am to 8pm I went back to the live chat and they told me manger is not back yet to wait again and after I threaten to file reports on them I decided to wait an hour more and once I spoke to this "manger" he said the refund will take up to an hour so once again after I made it very clear how upset and absolutely disgusted i was with this site I waited an hour more, so once a refund message was sent to my email I checked paypal then called my credit card to check the balance and my money still isnt on yet so I went back to the live chat and asked what the, problem was and all I got was "maybe you should wait a little longer" and I was completely even more pissed off that I told them im making sure everyone know about this little scam and I'm filing every report that I can against them and they did not reply after that and I still have no money so please STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE big waste of my time and money I would give this a 0 if they have instead of a 1

This company is a fraud i ordered credits i got them but then had to cancel my debit card for charges they tried adding to there friends accounts over $100 worth which im glad did not go through then the customer service lies to your face the hole time I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Zero stars for them dude, they asked for my username and password, and then was talking some $#*! bull$#*!, and then i threatened to open a case with paypal and that got me my refund. :) dont buy from them.

This web site is a fraud site, they are not legitimate and they are not authorised by imvu. They use stolen paypal accounts/credit cards to purchase credits from legitimate resellers after keeping the money sent to them by buyers. When the card holder files a chargeback the imvu account involved is disabled.

I was attempting to purchase imvu credits. After purchase, they asked for my password so they could 'farm' the credits to me. I made a new account and gave them the details for that, ask suspected, they changed the password and the pasword for my fake email account. When I questioned them they told me I was delusional and must have forgotten the password, not only two seconds after I had given it to them. They were rude and barely spoke a word of English. Told me I had mental issues.
