It took much too long to receive them. I was so nervous I wouldn't get them but I did.

I was iffy after reading these awful reviews but I'd already placed my order so I called them and the woman on the phone was really nice she answered all my questions and she upgraded my mail to two day priority shipping, I paid for flat rate shipping which is $4.99. I bought a lot of hair products which they bagged to avoid any spills if something were to damage the box. I was so satisfied I honestly don't even believe some of these reviews. I had such a great experience I got a few friends and even my mom into shopping at samsbeauty as well. None of them have had any issues receiving their orders.

For one. Storenvy is alot like an indie marketplace. Everyone is in control of their own business and in order to compete you have to keep your prices reasonable. Now Storenvy has no control over the stores because their site is free to all sellers. They ask them to follow simple terms and conditions in exchange they let them use their site completely free. This being said, a lot of these people are judging an entire marketplace of stores on one store. I get it being scammed doesn't feel good. Leave a bad review for the store not the website. I have had very positive experiences with this site. Just watch out for scams. Ask a bunch of questions. Read their terms and conditions ask for photos of your finish product with your address on it and always always read the comments!

I really like this site for my make up wants if I need anything I go to BHCosmetics. I recommend shopping on Mondays or holidays they have fantastic sales on all their products.

If I had to say something negative I'd say their selection isn't very wide and the color choices for things like lip stick and foundation aren't good enough. I started using the site when I didn't know much about make up the selection of foundations were limited and I didn't know my color (not their fault it's mine) but I think they should have examples of what skin tone should wear what color.

I'll be the first to admit I'd much rather just walk in the store than shop online.
Here's why:
1. I live in Minnesota. My local Victoria's Secret is in the Mall of America.
2. I can try on the clothing.
3. They measure your bra size to help you find the perfect bra each and every time
4. I get help immediately. If I'm unsure about a product I ask a sales associate or even another customer about how something looks on me or if they've tried the product before.
5. Returns are a lot easier in a store than online. I find myself never returning anything I buy online because it's too much work.
6. And last but definitely not least the selection in the store is much bigger than online. They have limited yoga pants online but if you go into the store the selection is much broader and that doesn't just apply to yoga pants. Another thing is the sales in store. Online sales are never as good as the in store sales. And you have to pay shipping.

Just something to think about.

I have ordered many things off this site. It takes about forever to get your items so don't expect any speedy delivery. That's very rare. But everything I order I like I don't buy the clothes they'll be see through and cheaply made. I just get jewelry and make up. It's cheap good quality stuff. Be careful and read the reviews on everything you buy before you buy it. It really bothers me that they don't have a number you can call them at go talk to a customer service rep so you can get you money back. I have only ever asked for one refund and they act like I'm asking them for their business.

Amazon has always been very easy to shop with. I will order anything and feel a sense of security knowing I can contact Amazon and the original seller at any time to get updates about my package. And it's always packaged safely.
