I ordered linen which looked great on the website. The image has obviously been photoshopped because when it arrived, the colours were dull and dirty looking. It would cost me the same as what I paid for this second grade item to ship it back to them from Australia. They will only pay postage if it is less than 15% of the price of the item which is laughable. Customer service is extremely inefficient!
Very poor customer service, giving rude replies.
Falsely advertised great deals and cancelled part of my order, meaning I had to pay more than originally agreed!

Ordered a watch - it was damaged when it arrived. I immediately returned it but after a month was still waiting on my money. After numerous phone calls and emails they eventually gave me the money back. I shop online for many items and have never encountered as many problems as what I have with the hut. Never ever again will I use them - wish I had found this page & reviews before I purchased from them.
Rubbish customer service and delivery. My item was not delivered and I'm still trying to obtain a refund. No sign of it and it takes them days to respond to any issues. They keep on saying to log in and respond to messages which I do and NOTHING gets sorted. The last thing they will do is giving your money back. SCAM. Won't be using this website EVER again.
All enquiries and questions submitted are met with automated generic replies generally to the effect of 'sorry we can't help you'. The websites help faq appears to be a dead link and the tool for automating order cancellations simply generates an error saying it cannot find your order. Purchases made here are a gamble, maybe you 'win' and your transaction is smooth, or maybe you lose your money to the house.
Terrible website. I made an immediate payment which they quickly took. So much for their terms and conditions as they cancelled it 24 hours later. They say it will take 3 to 5 days to credit my account back with the money they took. Even though they could as easily m, ake an immediate payment.
Its a scam website as far as I am concerned. They take your money but wont send you what you have ordered.
We spent a $150.00 on Dvds. We were unable to play them due to region code.
They know this and are getting away with it! They need to shut them down!

I would give a minus rating if there is one. The goods I purchased were seriously damaged on delivery and they refused to offer free return as promised on their website. And it was so difficult to get through to the customer service because there is no direct line at all. You are only allowed to send online message. The customer service team is ignorant. The only thing they did was just repeating they cannot offer free return on damaged goods, which is totally contrary to what they promise on the website regarding the damaged goods.
If you are lucky enough with no issues with your purchase, you may want to try. BUT if there is any issue, The Hut will not take any responsibilities at all.

Ordered some clothing, when delivered some were faulty other not suitable we had to pay

Placed order Dec 8, cancelled order Dec 10, wrote 12 emails requesting for my refund, it's now Jan 18,2019. They keep saying that the merchandise is on it's way back to their warehouse...
I stopped writing to them because I keep getting the same response.
I did not receive an order number following a fault during the ordering process. However the Hut happily took my money but refused to deliver my order. When I asked them to help they said they could not without an order number and would not check the order because of data protection laws. They then ignored all other emails explaining the situation. Do not order from this company-appalling customer service.
I bought a pair of shoes in Black Friday deal, this was on Monday 27/11/17, they charged my card, says usually dispatched within 24 hours and email would be sent to confirm. Not a peep by Thursday so sent message(s), no reply, done online chat to get some excuse about the warehouse system being down or some drivel, was then contacted to say order was stopped but would be chased up and sent out. As if today, still sating processing, tried to cancel to be told by email i cannot. If items not received soon, i will be taking further action to recover my money. They had the cheek to offer me £10 credit, not sure why as i will never, ever use this site again. Despicable, no wonder there are so many bad reviews.
I've had the worst experience ever buying from the hut. I bought an iPad 2 and when the order was not dispatched on date, I start process of enquiry. Got sent from pillar to post with absolute nonsense about them having no idea when they would be getting in stock. It's December 2016, before xmas... they don't know for 10 days when they getting stock! Reficulous, do they think we are idiots!? I have wasted 10 days being messed around with the only option being given by them as to cancel now! This was a birthday present which is now well overdue. Please please don't buy from this scandalous outfit who have atrocious customer service and take customers for fools with the nonsense that is produced. Terrible experience
I upgraded and paid for next day delivery on an order as the hoodie was meant for a present THIS EVENING!
I then waited in all day and it never arrived whilst the despite receiving an email last night from The Hut which stated they would be delivered today.
I contacted them via the live chat to which the agent told me she will speak to the courier tomorrow and see if they can advise about what has happened and that there is nothing more they can do except apologise. I am £50 down, no order, no present to give out the only compensation I get is a sorry. Not even a refund on my postage.
This is not a great example to set to a new customer.

The Hut sells replica bags these are not authentic bags made by Coach they are a poor quality copy which this bag is not on Coach web site or has never been on it. Best to buy directly not from the hut
Do not order from this company. Terrible experience with them. I did not receive my package and had to cancel my purchase with my credit card in dispute. Having ordered from this company with it having a great price and sent out the supposed next day, their delivery tracking and customer service was terrible in tracking down a package that should of been sent out in time and received in time for Christmas. I contacted them many times via email and live chat, each time they told me I would have to wait another 7 days to find my package that should of been delivered on time. It ruined my Christmas a little in trying to get this resolved by this careless company. A simple check by the customer personal to find my package and get back to me via email would have sufficed. They can track their own package now. Do yourself the favor and save yourself a headache and order from some other company.
Ordered something several weeks ago. It was "In stock". After 1 week they still didn't ship it, but instead changed it from "In stock" to "Usually dispatched within a month". Created a message and the customer "service" had several weeks to answer now. They still didn't reply.
So short: They happily take your money. But don't expect anything in return.
Ordered two items. One was said to be delivered and wasn't... the other was returned for an unknown courier reason. Currently fighting to get my refund including the $30 shipping. First and only time I will ever order from thehut... save your time and money buy somewhere else!
I order on this site New Year's gift for my brother. The order was made on December 17. I was chosen free delivery type. As a result, the company sent me my parcel via EMS, which took more than a month (my brother did not get a gift for the new year) plus the £ 50 I paid taxes. Here's what they answered me:

I think this is a fraudulent company. I placed an order 4 weeks ago, have not received my order and everytime I go to Royalmail tracking it says in transit. Royal Mail would not take 2 weeks to track a package and based on reviews here they do this to many people. Do not use their service!
