The hut is just one of many companies selling skin care products. Following the trail to find a resolution to the horrendous customer service, and getting a resolution was nearly impossibe.
Five times I called customer service and five times they hung up on me. On the sixth call I asked for a supervisor, they claim they don't have any. Then by divine intervention a person named Courteney appeared as a SUPERVISOR! AS IT TURNS OUT SHE PRETENDED TO BE A SUPERVISOR! Finally I reach another underling that wasn't abe to help me so she hung up on me once agsin. As luck would have it, upon calling back, she answered. When she told me that she wasn't going to return my 198.oo I told her that was fine, however. My next call was to the postmaster general for a fraud investigation to be started. Then I told her that I was filing a court case in my state with our Attorney General forcing not only the company CEO, but every person I spoke to, to travel three thousand miles for the trial date. I then told her I was contacting the FDA about the serious mess that is my face, and not only would I win a civil case, but they would have to pay my dermatologist bill as well as damages. I pointed out that she would have some liability as well becausee she refused to help me. Suddenly she could give me a refund. So the lesson learned. Get your course of action set prior to making the call, be a dog with a bone, and listen to the conversations going on next to the rep. That's how I found out that they were having a holiday party at the time of my call, hence the supervisors were tipsy and not speaking to customers. Don't give up! I should have my money in 5-30 days, not that I'm thrilled but I'll stay on it. I'm having my refund and my bank is all over it with me. Good luck, and remember, don't fall for those free trial products. Once they hAve your card number, they are not afraid to use it.
