I am satisfied with the purchase. I was skeptical initially about cutting the foam to the exact measurement that I wanted but I received the product exactly how I wanted it to be. I am pleased

Ordered two foam body wedges with covers from the foam factory. Order *******

I mistakenly ordered them with non removable covers that I paid for because there was only two ordering options; one with and one without a cover. I had already read that the non- removable covers were included so thought I was paying for a removable cover. I called the same day to change the order because the website stated the order would take two days to ship. I was told that the order already shipped. I was willing to pay for the zippered washable covers at the price I would have been charged if I had ordered them with the wedges to begin with. Customer service told me that they clearly read that a zippered cover was a different cost. Customer service would not allow it and told me they would charge me shipping both ways if I sent it back. To me this displays poor service and lack of understanding of a deceptive web site. If I was misled others will be too. Don't buy from these people. Their customer service is very poor. They blame customers, and are deceptive

Aweful and rude
June 27, 2012

Aweful and rude.
I usually dont' write reviews but this time I had to.
By the way these people price their items, I can tell they did not graduate high school. They don't know the simple arithmetics of pricing the items.

Let me show you a good example,
Their "Lux High Quality Foam" mattress is offered in 4 different bed sizes.
Twin, Full, Queen, King. So, to get a Twin XL which is about 4 inches longer than the twin, you have to custom order it. Lux HQ foam 5" twin size is only 99 bucks, awesome price. If you custom order it to Twin XL (4" longer than the twin), the price literally jumps up to $202. What is their logic?

In my case, I was trying to get a new foam mattress, 3" memory foam with the base of Lux HQ foam. They usually come glued together. But I wanted those two layers separate, so that I could carry the top layer around easily. Logically thinking, if they get an order of the mattress, and you don't have to glue them together and just shove them in the cover, it's less work for them. The price of an twin XL mattress was $240, guess how much it went up in price when I only asked them to just not glue them, $404.

So inevitably I had to go with the regualar, $240. But when I get my $#*!ing mattress, I'm only going to saw the layers apart. $#*! you dumb foam factory.

Saved me lots of work!
January 4, 2018

Foam Factory produced 1000 waterjet-cut foam pieces for me, all very consistent and precise. That saved me so much work cutting out the pieces by hand. And the price was very reasonable.

I ordered a $175.00 memory foam mattress topper from this company with
FREE SHIPPING and I have to say, I had no issues with the product,
Except that it was too soft for me.
I contacted the Foam Factory
Alerting them that I wanted to return the 4# density topper and exchange
It for the 5# density topper, knowing that I would have to eat the cost
Of shipping for returning the topper. I assumed I'd eat $30-$35 and
Have the rest applied to the new topper. After all, I'm trying to give
Them MORE of my money for the upgraded topper! Haha
Well... no.
An email from someone named Eddy informed me that not only would I have
To pay my shipping costs - but I'd have to pay THEIRS as well!
Additionally, this number was quoted as 'somewhere around $30-$50'.
(How do you not know how much it cost you to ship an item to me?) I
Promptly picked up the phone and spoke with Eddy. He informed me that
This was company policy - and I of course, ran him through the math of
Eating $100. In shipping to have $75 credited towards a new topper -
Which isn't much of a return policy at all and makes absolutely no
Sense!
I would have happily eaten the cost of the return - after all,
I ordered the wrong item, but with this kind of 'return policy' - and I
Use the words lightly, there's no chance of ever obtaining a repeat
Customer, let alone a good review! Essentially, I would lose 57% of my
Purchase AND be buying another, more costly item from them!
Needless to say, I'm awaiting a manager's phone call. Really poor business practices. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

Use this website to build your own tempurpedic mattress for 1/10th of the price of the "Brand" name. There is no point on buying a $5000 tempurpedic mattress made of memory foam when you can build your own straight from the source. This company sells all types of foam and that is all you need for your mattress. The website looks bad and it is difficult to believe this is the same thing as www.tempurpedic.com, but trust me, it is the same exact thing and your back won't know the difference. Go to a mattress store and demo all of the various tempurpedic beds to know what types of memory foam you like... high density or low density. Then just go to this website and order the exact foams in the mattress that you want. I got mine for $500. What a deal! The same thing at the retail store was $5000 (I guess it costs quite a bit to pay for those infomercials we see on TV). The foam comes by mail and is easy to assemble. Sure nobody custom delivers it to your door and sets it up for you, but saving $4500, I can get my friends to help me. Great site and anyone buying a new bed should consider this, especially with the economy collapsing around us.

Don't buy a new couch

Recently replaced couch cushions. It's like a new couch now. Wish I had done it sooner. Measuring was easy and received my foam ahead of schedule.

The Foam Factory
August 2, 2017

Not a place you want to go to. I was up there shopping around i was dealing with 2 very nice ladys one was in training and the other girl was helping her they were very nice and friendly and the owner came up to the girl in training and out of nowhere took her chair away from her while assisting with me mind you she was sitting down which i had no problem with that i think that was very disrespectful the poor girl told me that she has back problems how do you that to an employee I that's not right and in front of a customer. I hope the company was aware of her problems and if so they should not to do that to an employee. And as for the owner i hope he does not deal with the customers because he is a ungrateful $#*!. When I question the poor girl i asked her her name and she said it was grace she was a very sweet good hearted person you guys need more girls like that and give that poor girl a break and as for the owner who's name is Sal i hope next time i shop up there i would like to have a few words with him an tll him you don't treat employess like that in front of a customer. And now my wife just informed me that the poor girl Grace that got treated really bad got fired. And once again the owner fired her in front of another girl who was assisting my wife very very very disrescpectul on all parts that's not how you run a business the owner who doesn't even work in the front should let there supervisor deal with it not him. I hope she sues the hell out of the company for getting treated they way she did. All I have to say i would never recommend anyone to shop up there after the experience i had

Although kind, this new employee Grace was continually demonstrating poor overall work performance. Supervisors and co-workers observed this same poor performance and this would of been a poor long term investment in this trainee. Multiple chances were given for improvement, however in the end we had to let her go as we felt she was not a good fit for the position.

BEWARE!
November 18, 2014

BEWARE! Living Social customers, you will be treated like second class citizens, do yourself a favor and just pay the full price somewhere else cause you will save nothing here. I had both of my cars done here with two Living Social coupons. I was given two appointments the same day (suppose to take 3 hours) so one was in the morning the 2nd was afternoon. I took the first one there and was told it probably would completed until around 600PM so naturally that canceled the 2nd car appointment. I was told that LivingSocial and Groupon cars take 24 hours. My car was completed at 600PM, when I picked it up they told me that I could leave the 2nd car and I noted they are closed the next two days. I was told they would bring somebody in to do it while they were closed and I would get it late Monday or Tuesday. My car was completed late Weds and I picked it up Thursday (not bad lost the car for 3 full days). Interesting on another website I found a complaint about rain and they supposedly have a rain guarantee yet I picked my truck up on Thursday after it rained on it all night and I picked it up wet. I agree that they are not interested in repeat customers. Living Social deals are great this was is a bust. Mandatory 15% gratuity and upsell charge of $30.00 on one car and $60.00 (extra hour) on the other... they got there money one way or the other... what a joke

Dear Nino:

I am writing as an angry customer who has ordered goods from your business for the past 8 years or so.

I recently ordered a king size mattress cover to fit over a mattress I purchased about 4 years ago. In that order, I also ordered a queen mattress cover to fit over a queen mattress I purchased at the same time. The queen mattress cover came secure on the mattress I ordered. The king mattress cover came separately.

The king mattress cover measures about 76 by 71 and thus does not fit the king mattress. My husband and I attempted to fit the cover on for about 20 minutes. When I called to inquire about a refund, Linda told me that I must send pictures of the cover. I spent another 20 minutes, laying the cover on the ground, making sure it was straight. I sent three pictures to Linda with both sides.

I received an email from Linda saying that the photo did not demonstrate the cover was too small. I called to inquire how this could be possible and after conversation, Linda said she only received the one picture of 76 inches. This was confusing given that my sent mail showed three pictures Thus, I sent the picture with the measure of 71 inches. In another call, Linda claimed that the new picture was problematic because it looked as if the cover was not pulled tight enough. She claimed that I would have to take another picture. She also said that the second mattress cover (the one already on the queen mattress) was probably the king cover and that I had probably put the wrong mattress cover on the wrong mattress. When I told her that the queen mattress cover came on the mattress I ordered, she then said that the King mattress cover was then the correct size.

Finally, she refused to give me the last name of the manager of the company and said she would only send me a shipping label (so you all could measure yourself) after I had packed the item up.
