I needed to replace the whole seat on the bench that we have on the boat pier. Went to a couple local places for the foam to replace the cushion with not much luck, so I started looking on the internet. Came across a couple of sites that looked promising, but thefoamfactory.com site was by far the most informative about the different types of foam and how to measure your sizes for different shapes. I only needed a relatively small about of foam, (probably considered a"drop off" piece from most places), but I was able to order the exact size I needed, and the prices were the best I found. The website was easy to navigate and place the order. Everything was handled through e-mails, order confirmation, tracking info... etc. Package arrived within a week, no problems and a follow-up e-mail was sent to make sure the package arrived okay. I would buy from them again. Thanks!

My husband and I had been looking for a mattress and were looking at Tempurpedic or other all foam mattresses. They were super expensive! We heard about foam by mail from a friend and decided to try it. We got a king mattress for less than $500 and it feels just like all the mattresses we tested out! It is super comfortable, and even my husband, who is very picky about his beds, LOVES IT! It was delivered quickly and we let it expand for a day and then it was full size. We love our mattress and recommend it to anyone!

Needed new cushions for my couch. Came across foam by mail and so glad I did! I bought the high density vushions and am so happy. I've had them for a couple weks already and still jappy when I sit down. The difference between the factory ones in the other couch and these ones are night and day. So much so that the next time I buy new furniture I will negotiate a lower price so I can replace them with these cushions. Great cust service and cut to size. What are you waiting for?!

Horrible, horrible company with unacceptable customer service.

If only I had read all the angry reviews online BEFORE ordering from them... (Don't trust the 5-star reviews - apparently this company employs a practice of paying people to write flattering reviews.) Also goes by the name FoamByMail and maintains a separate website for that name.

I bought two pieces of foam from them recently. Shipping was slow, and when I finally received the product, the thinner 1/4" foam sheet was damaged along the entire edge, and the thicker 1 1/2" piece was so hard and old, that a simple thumb pressure test remained in the foam without bouncing back.

A return and refund request was very poorly handled. Linda, the customer service rep, insisted on a 25% restocking fee and paid shipping by me - which would have cost $60, plus the $20 restocking fee - exceeding the total price I paid of $75.

No amount of negotiating or reasoning had any effect. I guess Foam by Mail doesn't value their customer happiness. Or their customers.

Avoid at all cost!

Send the wrong size, discussed with represtative, she told me it is 1 1/2" tolerence. The first was exact to size, the 2nd ordered off. Not recommended to do business with it. Find a local supplier.

Was just about to start shopping for a new sofa as the cushions on our 10 year old Thomasville sofa were useless. It almost felt like we were sitting on the floor. So I figured we'd give The Foam Factory a shot. At worst it would cost a little more than $100 & we'd still wind up getting a new sofa, at best the foam would be better than the original. Well, I placed the order on a Tuesday & expected it to take 7-10 days. I got a notification from them 2 days later that it had shipped via FedEx ground & it would be here on Sunday! Sure enough, they arrived on time & I immediately replaced my old cushions. There was no odor with the new cushions & I wanted to get them installed before the foam expanded. Couldn't have been any easier, the foam was cut to EXACT dimensions & the sofa feels significantly BETTER THAN NEW! So for less than $150 I got new foam with polyester wrapping (also done better than the original cushions!) & my sofa is no longer embarrassing for company to sit on.
I will definitely be using The Foam Factory for additional cushions around the house in the future as well as letting anyone & everyone I know about their great product & service.

My pet had an accident on my couch and I really didn't want to deal with washing huge foam cushions (foam is HEAVY when wet) so I looked into replacement cushions and found The Foam Factory. Their prices are great; I was honestly expecting to pay more for the cushions that I did. The quality is even better than the original cushions that came on the couch! The cushions were completed expanded within an hour or less but I waited to full 24 hours or so they said to wait for full expansion. The cushions fit perfectly into my cushion covers and are like I mentioned before, even better than our old cushions. I was surprised to read some of the (old) lower star reviews for this company, because all I had was a fantastic experience with their ordering and their product. I was emailed and asked to give a review like many companies do after ordering with them (Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, Nordstrom, etc all ask for reviews after you place an online order). This isn't unusual. I don't mind being asked to review something because I will choose to do it or not based on my experience. I received no compensation, coupon, gift card or anything of the sort for writing a review. My opinion is, a good product and a good company simply deserve the recognition if I am satisfied. Thus, here's my stellar review! I'll be ordering again from The Foam Factory for my other couch, since I know now I can get softer and higher quality cushions than what originally came with that couch. Keep up the good work!
