The Foam Factory

I looked at other options for making my outside cushions. Most other foam companies were more expensive and to have them made by someone is out of my budget. I found foam factory to be reasonably priced for the outside foam I needed. The website is very user friendly to put in the sizes you need. I had 8 pieces cut to specific sizes and they were perfect. The shipping was free, the packaging was good and they came sooner than I expected. The foam is nice and firm not squishy like in some of the patio sets you buy. I would definitely buy again for my next project

I've purchased multiple foam mattress toppers online and in local stores, the quality was never great and they never lasted too long before breaking down. The first time I ordered from these guys I found the price was better and once I received the foam I could immediately tell it was far superior to what I had received from other sellers in the past. When I needed another topper for my kids room, it was a no-brainer to order here again. Shipping was quick both times and the prices were very competitive. I am Very happy with both of my purchases!

I ordered two couch cushions from the foam factory. They were the most reasonably priced that I found online. The cushions are just what I wanted and they were delivered in a little over a week. These are better cushions than what came with the couch. I will order from the Foam Factory again. Probably sooner than I would like since I have a puppy who insists my couch cushions are giant chew toys. At least I know exactly where to go for replacements.

Excellent product for my project, everything as described in information section of the product. Cut to exact measurements, a perfect fit in my 7 foot long trapezoid shaped window seat! The dacron wrap was definitely worth the money, a professional touch. I was actually a bit concerned how that wrap might look after I ordered, but it was great. I would definitely buy here again for any future projects. Packing, shipping, everything was great.

The custom cushion I ordered met my specifications and expectation to be a quality product that I could base my next home decorating project on. The size and density of the cushion are perfect for my chair and usage. The Foam Factory provides a great product and service for a fair price. I also appreciated the accompanying instructions inside the package which indicate how to let the cushion expand to its full dimensions for a couple days before beginning my project.

I had bought a loveseat at Pier One. The cushion foam was cheap, and broke apart quickly. Was despairing of finding a solution. Then I looked it up online and found the Foam Factory. I followed the instructions for measuring the cushions with a higher quality foam. I was able to restore the settee to perfect condition. It was great that they were able to wrap the foam in fiber fill, as this save me a whole lot of trouble. So I got educated and I got my love seat fixed, all at the same time.

Having never before ordered from The Foam Factory, I wasn't sure what to expect in the way of delivery wait-time or product expectations. But these folks did an outstanding job! The foam arrived in less than a week, it was exactly as described, and it was packaged securely for safe travel. I did as instructed, opening the package right away and laying the foam flat to prevent curl. When it was time to use the foam in my project, it was easy to handle, cut, and put in place. Thanks, Foam Factory, for a great job. This is where I will be getting my foam from now on.
