If you have read the first posting you will see 3 months after purchase the item had not been repaired or replaced......quess what, it is now the end of September 2018, a couple weeks short of being a year and still no resolution....not fixed...not replaced...not nothin!
My wife and I purchased new family room furniture in October. It's now January and the recliner which was defective the day I removed it from the packaging has not been repaired and all we get is run around from the company. We even purchased the "Premier protection plan", so much for the additional $$ to protect our investment. By the way they have a no return, no exchange, all sales are final clause. My recommendation is to pay more get quality and stay away from the dump, unless you are dropping off garbage and recycles.
