I ordered a slipcover and pillows on March 26,2020. As of today, August 22, still have not received anything. Have contacted the seller over 13 times via their chat app, email and got no response or blatant lies. The phone number is not a working number, they absolutely do not respond to their promises to contact their customers within 1-2 business days and will simply block you. I have been lied to by each and every representative that has responded to me via the chat. Im simply out of the money I spent. Do not purchase from them if you have any hope of getting your slipcovers or other items
