Absolute scam! Took around 4 weeks for my order to arrive, with no tracking email of delivery notice. Appalling quality and looks no where near what it did on the website. Sizing is way off, ordered a small and I could fit another person in the clothing with me. Stay clear off this site!
Horrible service, the material all of the dress was disgusting took 2 months for it to arrive after I asked for a refund on insta. Did not look like it was advertised. The reviews that have 5 stars were bull$#*!, and are obviously someone from their company. Mostly With animal pictures. Horrible scam if your planning on buying anything from here... I suggest you don't! Save your money and go to the legit clothes stores If possible how can we sue them?
Ordered clothes from them back in May (it's now mid- October) and still received nothing. After countless emails and Instagram DMs, still not returning any messages and I'm down over £100. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Love the clothes and the company so much! They have a beautiful instagram page that will answer their DMs almost immediately if you have any questions! My clothes always come in on time and i receive lots of compliments on how cute they are! 10/10 would recommend ordering from here :)

Purchased two items, not only did the items arrive weeks after the promised date, I received the complete wrong items, tried on multiple occasions to contact the company, instagram etc. No responders!

I'm a customer and ambassador for this company and have nothing but good things to say. They have great customer service and are very good at communicating when your product will arrive. The items I ordered and modeled were exactly what showed on their online store and great quality, fit, etc. I work with a lot of companies and would not leave positive reviews or promote their clothing to my followers unless I personally was satisfied and knew first hand it was quality. They have a great collection to choose from and quality items. I recommend anyone who has the opportunity to collaborate or purchase from Coco Collab to do it.
I've placed an order a month ago, I still haven't received it yet. I always ask the instagram page but they keep telling me that my order is on its way. I just want what is promised and they took my money away, and the clothes are expensive. Lately I've seen so many reviews about this coco collab thing and this is a scam! A total scam! They'll ask you to be an ambassador and they'll sell you expensive clothing? What is that?!

I did a collab with them and i recommend it, they are really close and friendly. The piece i choosed is the sice S and fits perfect if you are small like me.
They have a wide range of clothes for every style you want! I'm so in love with their dresses and the bikinis are to die for! My orders arrived a little longer than expected, but it was all worth it!
4 months later and after a few more emails that went ignored, I sent them another email which triggered a refund! Finally! It also triggered a response from them too. Was it an apology for the huge mess around? No. It was a sarcastic response that was only defending their business' saying they have many other satisfied customers. Happy to finally receive a refund, but the customer service about this whole situation is awful. 0/10 would never want to deal with them again. Was exhausting.
They have since told me to email them with the subject order problem'.
I have done this and they once again came back with telling me to go to my local post office to check the tracking. I advised them I have already done so, and it has not shipped yet. Therefore I am only requesting a refund, I have just sent a follow up email as once again they have not responded.
Awful business to communicate with, clearly do not care for their customers. Please no one fall into their scam like I have.
Ordered an item off this site just over 3 months ago now, and it has not yet arrived. The tracking number that was provided states that it has not even been shipped yet. Have emailed them twice and no response. Messaged their page on Instagram, which they finally responded telling me to check my tracking number. I messaged back telling them I have and at this point I would just like a refund as it has not shipped yet, they have gone back to not responding.
After 2months still the clothing i ordered did not arrived. They give not legit tracking number. Asking for refund no response. Very disappointed we work hard for our money so please i want my money back.
After numerous attempts to contact them I did not receive my order, appalling customer service in fact there was NO customer service as they did not reply to any of my attempts to contact them but debited my credit card immediately! Absolute scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
An amazing business with super cool and unique clothing, as well as very good quality! The Instagram page is great, sharing all the customers and ambassadors photos :) It's overall a very good brand and an amazing business :)
