I purchased a headphone from Chennai Mobiles, Vettuvankeni, Chennai for Rs. 600. It stopped working in 3 months. When I took it to them and asked for a replacement they refused to replace despite the product being in warranty. These people are absolute cheats. Never ever go to this place even if you have to buy an accessory for Rs. 100. I would like to actually rate them a -1 star or lesser but there is no such option.

I had gone to Chennai mobiles, near K4 police station, Anna Nagar to get a skin and screen guard for my phone. These people have a very nice tactic of applying the skin and screen guard before they bill you. These products are of really poor quality, unknown brands and yet somehow have exorbitant price value. The staff will then ask for payment by cash. Card payment won't be allowed because (smh) their machine is broken, invoice won't be given because their machine is broken. They will mostly say send me WhatsApp number, we will send invoice and yes, you guess it, they will never.

Do not go to this shop. Any shop which does not give invoice or have card payment is almost always committing fraud

We faced very worst experience with the branch manager of Chennai mobiles, Thiruvannamalai. I bought Pebble earbuds last month. I used 1 day only but it was not good. Very noisy and voice was not clear. So i called to that showroom, one employee told to me to come directly and they will change someother product. So i went their directly. One of the employee checked my earbuds and they also accept it was not working properly and another customer also already complained and returned the same product. But the branch manager was very rude, he was not accept the product return back. Because he is egoistic and very headweight person. They are not accepting their mistakes. He is not good to attend the customers. We are very surprising how the headoffice management selecting this kind of persons. If they permit him to continue his behaviour that branch will definitely close soon. Very worst customer service. Don't go anyone to buy products there.

Very poor customer service. Build up stores almost every corner of the streets at all populated cities, but no interconnection, - you can´t get service on other branches except that one you´ve bought your item. While selling goods they do not disclose pros & cons of any model properly rather push for some selected brands. Very often advertises for offers, to stock off cheap Chinese items and alluring people to purchase products from them. Very poor after sell service, - may this´ll be possible that deny to identify you, and you´ve to be a passing ball of many salesperson who are disguised as very busy and making a favour to you by spending few minutes for you.
Suggestion: Avoid these stores if you have other options. Don´t be greedy of offers, you´ll surely get better price elsewhere.

Don's buy any accessories in The chennai mobiles, all the accessories are local brand and they will tag their own higher price MRP Stickers. Recently purchased tempered glass for S7 edge, they given "In Base" company's tempered glass which is local product and it is available in local bazar for cheap rate.

They sold it to me for 1200/- Rs. Not at all worth, it is not stick properly with my mobile and touch quality became worst. Need to press hard to use touch screen. So 1200 Rs absolute waste for me. All the accessories they selling is local product. Please beware and don't buy any accessories.

I used my last samsung mobile for 7 years nothing happened it was excellent. Then i bought new samsung a33 from chennai mobiles.within two years the phone back case started coming off.

Poor quality of customer relationship, tempered glass for mobile is worst fixing, quality of tempered glass not a standard, as a whole made a big mistake by purchasing the mobile from Chennai Mobile

I went on Jan 3,3017 to Dindigul branch. The man who guide doesn't know the basic knowledge of Lenovo k6 note.He didn't explained me the terms and conditions properly. Anyways I bought my phne. Phne had sensor problem. I went nd spoke with dem abt the problem of phne.The sales man treated me as $#*!.He is giving irresponsible answer.He said me before signing the bill copy it s Ur duty to read the terms and conditions. Personally I had very bad experience on dem.Its my kind request not to purchase in Chennai mobiles until and unless those sales man change their attitude towards the customer.

I got a Vivo phone and samsung level u from Chennai mobiles. The phone does not have a headphone jack, basically the socket to insert your headphones. But it seems that it is a trend nowadays which I came to know while searching in youtube. But then why would a hear phone be given with a phone which does not have the hear phone jack in the phone box?. Not just that, the level u plays dongs as if it's heared from somewhere far in its full volume. I am soooooo sad. The guy who sold me this phone kept telling me the best features of this particular phone. I first thought of purchasing one plus phone. He told me to activate the warrany of the phone for which he has to open the box and put sim inside the phone. Then he took a sticker from the box and put it on some thing he had. I am sick of being fooled by all the people who sell me electronic and ther products which isn't in trend or is cheaper in rate or frauds like this. Please have some humanity. Everyone works hard to earn money and spend it on useful things to them. This is my hurt feeling towards the frauds. Please don't make fool of someone and work with honesty and integrity.
