I can't give -one star atleast.very worstt and fraudddddddddddd beggers...they are attractive customer but after buyed they r chated people's.no one bad word to say them... don't go there.very bad... idiot...fraud cheaters...I was buying 2090 rs mobile.after buy go home it was not working...am asked and help to exchange.they said,"no" we il give only 500rs.for this product.and I was fighting.but not helping me...my money waste.don't go "the Chennai mobiles" fraud company cheating company...ver baddddddd.fraudddddddddddddddddd...better solution pls close all the shop. Kindly note. Don't go anyone to buy products the Chennai mobile showroom. I bought Pebble earbuds on 31st May in Tiruvannamalai the Chennai mobile showroom. But the product wasn't satisfied and it was not working properly, i asked them to change the product but the branch manager Mr. Ameer Hamza talked too much and he didn't replace the product. We complained with the head office after that only they accept to change the product in my nearest place. Then i went to Chennai porur branch they gave me again the same product, that also not worked properly. Because that is not worth for anything. So I put online review. After that I received call from Thiruvannamalai branch manager Mr.Ameer and he told to change any product in porur before that he told me to remove the review. I said I will remove once I get back my replacement. Today 19.07.2023 i went to the porur branch The Chennai mobiles showroom and met Mr.Samsu. Already i spoke with him to arrange the one plus neck band. He told me to pay MRP rate Rs.2300. But the original selling price is only Rs.1699 in one plus website, amazon and flipkart. I asked him why he is asking me to pay extra, he is telling they will collect only Chennai mobile showroom price. What is that meaning, that is they are collecting high price comparing the market price. The products are not worth in the chennai mobiles showroom. Many of the customers facing the same problem mostly. Please don't believe above 3 stars. And DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ALSO...
