The Chennai Mobiles

I had purchased this product at chennai mobiles and the invoiced price was at MRP 2499/= After reaching home i just wanted to check its features online (as the content written on the box was too small for me to read) and i was shocked to see that the price online in many site were 1499/=
I called the store and they in turn asked me to get in touch with the customer care and gave their no. I called the customer care and after explaining the issue they cut the call. And i called almost 7 or 8 times after that but no one picked up the call. All this was between 3.30 and 5 pm.
Today i went to the store to give back the product. Initially, the store guy said i will take it back and checked all the items to be intact. But then he spoke to someone and said he can give a discount of 500. When i refused he asked me to speak to the customer care again. I spoke to them and they in-turn had a word with the store guy. They asked me to wait. I waited for almost an hour. And on insisting to get my refund, the store guy abruptly refused saying he can only give a refund of 500 as per instructions from his senior.
I agreed and and asked him for a copy of the bill so that i can register my grievance online. The store guy immediately said he cant give a new invoice or cash but asked me to take any product worth 500. The reason he gave was that it will create negative impact on the brand.
I was shocked and surprised that these guys consciously charge exorbitantly compared to the market and get away with it.
I don't know if i can go legally against them as the MRP printed on the box is 2499/= But i request everyone to check the price online before purchasing any product. A Rs. 1000/= extra for a product worth 1500 is exorbitantly high. And that's whats i'm against.

I visit chennai mobiles day before yesterday night@ 9.50pm near by phoenix mall the show room was not closed, when i entered the show room suddenly the staffs turn the light off and he said, sir show room closed... i almost finalized to buy lg k7... i came with my wife... the chennai mobiles staff doesn't know the basic courtesy... first time i visit the chennai mobiles really disappointed... we go to phoenix mall entered n to poorvika the guy who greeting us and we asking oly k7 but he shows variety of models and specification... finally we purchased lg k10... we purchased in poorvika for oly the way he handling us... anyway thanks for the chennai mobiles staff customer handling

I think Chennai Mobiles can close all their centers as they dont have enough accessories & collections

All has been great for me and I have no complaints at all... Great phone, fantastic data pack age for price and great rewards...Thank you.

I had a Wrost service from tirunelveli showroom. Cheating the customer. I Brought a brand new phone. But the phone has multiple problem. Given for service to them wrost response from them asking as to wait for 2hours 3hours. For past 5days in struggling to get my phone. Finally I ask them to deliver my new phone to my nearby branch. Yesterday I call them when can I get my mobile they said sir u go to near by branch v spoken to them. Get ur phone from their. We went their they asking to wait for 3hours. Wat the hell ur thinking off we dnt know. For buying one phone I have wasted my tym. And money. R u thinking we are job less fellows. Im asking my friends not to go with chennai mobiles. Its highly a bad experiance I never ever got before. Dnt buy a product in chennai mobile u will b fooled...

Please dont buy the product in chennai mobiles, There i have purchase the headset of Rs 600.00 with in 45 days the speaker not working, when i approah the chennai mobile koyambedu, There is very arragant guy and said his name is Arul Phone # *******000 telling that its a physical damage, so its clear they provide the produt which cant adop with our envoironment and very worst product, They will victimised the customer and said its a physical damage not covered under warranty period, When i contact the customr service *******345 they will reply thet will call you with in 30 minutes, But there is no response from the customer service, Here in mobile show room they clearly said they cant do anything and also telling that i need to prove that im not doing any damage, In front of god im saying that im not doing any damage, If you raise your voice they will threaten you, Better avoid this showroom, Tommorow they will provide arragant answers and also very poor customer service, Go for some other shop for your betterment.

Im happy if they file the case against me.
