During the year there are many events that you want to celebrate the best. An example of a virtual event with many ideas that are different in terms of topics stimulates and strongly influences the development of further actions. The proposed idea of holding a party for my loved ones left pleasant memories and joy. Thank you for the idea and creating real joy.

Expect to get bombed with "quotes". Oh, if you give your phone # expect some to just start spamming you with text messages and pictures, to shill to you. One officiant claimed 100 miles of range for jobs. I requested a quote and was only 26 miles yet I was told "too far". What a joke! DO NOT USE.

Phone numbers no one answers, Bad email addresses, Paid for a year and quit! Something like 6 leads that led to no-where!

We threw a sixtieth birthday party for my aunt. I found Ralph Russell - 'the Russellers' on thebash.com. He was fantastic! Everyone danced and had so much fun. I recommend you find your entertainment from this site: especially, I recommend this guy, What a night!

My band has used Gig Salad and Show Slinger with pretty good results so we decided to try The Bash. We've been with The Bash for 8 months and have gotten countless leads and sent quotes for all but a handful (when we were already booked). The only offer or response we ever got was ONE scam gig. The Bash did apologize and warn me they suspected the gig was fake—which I appreciated— but it was the ONLY response we EVER got from a "vendor". We even spent extra money and bought 4 different "featured profiles" which led to NOTHING. In fact, since we bought the last two profiles, we've actually had MUCH LESS leads than ever before….hardly any at all now. There are way too many bands on The Bash and the same 3-4 bands are the ones getting booked. Don't bother with this one. Stick with Gig Salad, Show Slinger Gigmor, or just book your own club dates, but please don't waste your money and tons of time submitting quotes & sending follow up e-mails. This one is just not worth it.

NOT as advertised! You would lose time and money for the little effort they can get leads! Dont buy their good platform scam! 200 dollars that I wont get back for nothing! Find other ways cux this is not the way!

The bartender I hired through the bash vanished & the bash will not refund my deposit I paid through them.

I found Frankie an Elvis impersonator on Bash! He was ranked #1 as top Elvis impersonator. I hired him to surprise my husband to perform at our wedding reception. My now husband is a huge Elvis fan and I wanted to make our wedding more memorable with this surprise. I spoke to and messaged with Frankie months before the wedding to discuss the performance, give more info on my husband and his love for Elvis. Frankie's performance was very entertaining and fun. My husband, his family and all my guests loved him! I would highly recommend to hire Frankie for your event!

DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, READ THEIR REVIEWS, THEY WILL HAVE RANDOM PEOPLE CALLING ACTING LIKE A LEGIT COMPANY, ONE LADY (ALEXA WITH MINNIE AND FRIENDS) CALLED ME AT 7AM AS I WAS SLEEPING WITH MY NEWBORN, SHE DIDN'T EVEN LIST HER NAME, COMPANY OR WHAT SHE WAS REACHING OUT FOR, TOTALLY RANDOM GHETTO, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, JUST TEXTED A PICTURE OF MINNIE MOUSE AND A PRICE AS IF I WOULD BOOK THAT AND BY THE WAY I ORDERED A MICKEY MOUSE, THIS PLACE IS BAD NEWS, ONE REVIEW SAID THEY ORDERED A CHARACTER WAS CHARGED AND THEY NEVER SHOWED AND I BELIEVE THAT! THEY ARE ZERO STARS BUT THAT OPTION WAS NOT AVAILABLE!

1.They won't give you a refund.
2. Communication sucks.

I heard on The Bash, Jim Cerminaro sing. I was brought to tears with his fabulous voice. He came to my sister's home as she is battling cancer and he sang for her & family. I was with the bash for almost 15 years a 5 Star rating. Problem I ran into with the bash is let's say someone booked you through them 3 years ago but then decide too book you directly again without using the bash and they decide to cancel the bash will allow them to call and complain and also go back were they once gave you a great review and change it. For instance did a show for a family years ago they called me paid me the deposit knowing the deposit was non refundable next day gentleman ask me was I vaccinated I stated no Tried to pressure me into stating you have to be vaccinated or I will have to cancel so what happens they call the bash once again let me say again the bash had nothing to do with this this time. They made plenty of money off of me then decide because I had a couple of clients who contacted me directly and wanted the deposit back because they cancelled I would not do so. So the bash decides they no longer want to do business with me years of building a great reputation a five star rating they decide to just remove everything they do not care about the vendors stay away! They will take the clients word over yours every time.

It took a wile to start getting bookings on the site, but once it starts to work I got more than enough to pay for the advertising fee, it took awhile and you have really patient, don't expect immediate results. It's actually pretty cheap. If you get into the top ranking you will start getting leads.

They used to have a commission- only fee, (like Gigsalad has today) but TheBash.com had a $20 minimum that was not disclosed to me. In circa 10 years, i had only two bites with this platform... One was a cancelled gig, but bash/gigmasters tried to ram a charge, anyway. The other gig was under $90 iirc, and i was shocked by the high commission. I do not trust this company's guarantee. I see that positive reviews Re for merchandise with SKU numbers. Imo, those are fake since TheBash does not sell stuff. On Trustpilot, TheBash has 3x more reviews than GigSalad (?!) I do not believe Trustpilot positive reviews cuz Truztpilot gets a fee. Performers like us know how many bookings each other is really getting from platforms since we are members of artists and performers associations. Imo, TheBash gets less than half of Gigsalad in our area. Much less. (Some performers artificially boost their booking stats. Quite evident when the # of reviews exceed the # of confirmed bookings.) The Bash sent this recent email with a "time-limited" (not!) Discount supposedly. It is clickbait. The $59 membrrship is open to anyone. But to do that, i would have to provide my credit card. Too much pain to be blocking this company and getting a new credit card issued to me should TheBash try more trickery. Btw, notice that The Bash gets a 4.9 stars on Trustpilot and waaay lower on BBB and SiteJabber?

Great site, I hired a wonderful steel drummer for a house party earlier this year. Simple, straight forward site. Price ranges, reviews, band info all available. Most of the vendors I requested quotes from replied (not so much on other sites). I'll use them again in future.

When COVID19 hit, all of our jobs cancelled. Since large assemblies of people were banned at the local/state/federal levels, we were not getting any new leads or bookings. We asked TheBash-Gigmasters to "share the burden" and suspend our account for a couple of months, and let us reinstate with the same account credit later. They refused, saying "you can suspend your account, but we'll continue to debit your annual membership". In other words, THEY CONTINUE TO MAKE PROFIT FROM VENDORS DURING THE COVID19 crisis. (By the way, their competitor GigSalad offers this "suspension" feature with no hassle to the vendor.)

Avoid TheBash-Gigmasters. They exploit their Vendors to increase profits. Vendors are at the bottom of the food-chain. They even sent all Vendors a notice, "encouraging" us to refund non-refundable deposits for the cancelled events (which we had already done), "so customers can use it for a future booking". TheBash would have Vendors pay ALL the burden for the COVID19 crisis, not customers, and certainly not The Bash. Their greedy Profiteering shines through!

My name is Randy Spencer and I am the owner/operator of Nashville DJ, in Nashville Tennessee. You can verify my company at NashvilleDJ.net. This review is only representing a vendor perspective. I am sent 3 to 4 leads a month, on average, from the BASH. The leads are from people looking for a DJ. In most cases, I am able to speak the person or persons by phone. I use similar services in the Nashville market, and less than 25% of the leads ever answer the phone. I would say 75% of the Bash clients answer there phones or call back. This platform has proven to be successful and real leads. It is up to the vendors to close that business. When I have had any questions or concerns, customer service has always answered my questions and helped resolve my issues. I have closed $20K in business since I started using the Bash 3 years ago. My schedule is booked and I am forced to decline half of the leads I receive from the Bash or the earnings would have been much greater.

If you are a vendor, good at what you do, fairly priced in your market, and follow up with the provided leads, there is no reason the Bash can't help you secure additional business.

As a professional musician I always try all avenues to book work. I have tried Gigmasters for 2 different bands with absolutely no help in increasing my work load. Do not get me wrong, the gigmasters system appeared to provide me with many new leads for work but not one of them turned into a job.

The provided gig leads that were supplied appear to be fraudulent / fictitious leads. My band performs constantly in the Las Vegas area and our price range is extremely competitive with the market.

While trying to follow up on leads I had bid for with the clients it appeared that they knew nothing about gigmasters or I could never contact them at all to follow up with them personally.

If any real person that has used gigmasters and has had any success with booking work through them, I sure would love to hear your input.

I have found Gigmasters to be quite nice to work with. Anyone can join but not everyone is going to be successful. I have found that talented people rise to the top and do very well while the flakes disappear after a while. This service works best with mid-level musicians willing to work hard and take their career seriously prior to signing with a national agency. If you do well here, you will be ready for a professional agency. The elements of supply and demand are also alive and well here which means if you are not getting jobs, either your service is not in demand or your marketing presentation needs work, or both. The site itself hasn't changed much over the years but what is there, works very well and it's a great place to find out what you've got. Lastly, customer service has been amazing, they have been great to work with. Ratings and feedback are impossible to fake so what you see, is for real! That's good for up-and-coming professionals and hiring managers.

Awesome performance by Rick Larrimore - A Tribute to Rod Stewart at my sister's 50th surprise birthday party. He did an outstanding job with the crowd and included everyone in the celebration. My sister was surprised and the guests really enjoyed themselves. Great job!
