I think if they were really confident about being able to help vendors they would give you at least 24 hours to change their mind. I just signed and I changed my mind or rather realized too late that it's not a good fit. I may be able to make my money back but it feels like I'll essentially be working for them at best or worst I'll loose money. This has not been a good experience and I am starting out not having a lot of confidence, and they don't care about that it makes me think they just want to get your money before you realize what scam it is. I'm having buyers remorse. It may be because the only vendor reviews seem to be negative, but I really don't believe them when they say they can't do anything about this. They are very pushy in their sales approach, and they seem a little unethical. I'm really sorry I signed up with them and I want to warn you to not sign up with them when they say things like this is the best deal you can get and you can only get it if you sign up now. Under the veneer something seems really shady. Their are a lot of reviews on here that align with what l am saying, other than immediate buyers remorse it's not much different.
Hi Sara, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our advertising commitments are currently for 12 months because our most successful advertisers have found that when they begin their partnership with WeddingWire, they need at least 12 months to build a successful Storefront, build up reviews, build a market reputation and attract and book business with engaged couples throughout the course of the entire planning cycle.
We would appreciate the opportunity to connect you with a member of our WeddingPro Support team to discuss your account with you further and ensure that you are set up for success, so if you could send us a private message with your business details at your earliest convenience, that would be greatly appreciated!
